I booked a 2 bedroom chalets at chaka rock chalets and i arrived around 7 and i had to wait to get the code and once i entered i got a shock because the accommodation was disgusting and dirty The bed had people private part hair all over the beds The kitchen was so dirty and trash was all over the place I called the person whom i booked through and she was trying to get another place for us to celebrate my daughter birthday but every place i she gave me was so far out and dirty like the place was not cleaned for months This people advertise but they dont clean they apartments It was so disappointing because my daughter birthday was cancelled and we had to go back home How can airbnb not clean they apartments but advertise for it to be let out The contacted the agent whom i booked with for a refund She did part of it and i had to call her to do the balance Petrol is so expensive and we beinf driving from 7 to 10 in the night beacuse all the accommodation that dirty and not for

We had such a lovely stay at Chaka’s Rock in Ballito. The place was beautiful, peaceful and perfectly located with gorgeous sea views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spotting dolphins was definitely a highlight for us. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

We had a lovely week relaxing at this Airbnb. Bed was connectable, was quiet at night and air con a must for us foreigners with the humidity! Thanks for a great stay.

Elri is a lovely host,very active and friendly. Always readily available to help and answer questions. Her place is walking distance from the beach and it matches the description. Great value for money. Had an amazing stay though we arrived late but she was very accommodating.
