The space

The apartment is situated on an elevated floor with stunning breaker views over the Indian Ocean. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the veranda. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds — both sharing a second bathroom.
The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen flows onto a covered balcony with ocean views and a Weber gas braai, perfect for sundowners. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and fridge-freezer. A Nespresso coffee machine with starter pods is provided, along with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper.
Smart TV with DSTV Now and Netflix. Uncapped fibre Wi-Fi throughout. Backup inverter for peace of mind during any power outages.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment. Access to the swimming pool within the secure Skiathos complex. Direct beach access via a secure gate within the complex. Reserved undercover parking plus one open bay. The beach gate is secured after dark (18:00–06:00) for added safety. The complex has evening security guarding and CCTV

Other things to note

The apartment is serviced every alternate day between 08:30–14:30 (minimum 3-night stay, no service on Sundays or public holidays). Beach and bath towels provided. Beach umbrella available.
