Based on the photographs and location of the place as well as the amount I paid, I was expecting this property to have no issues. Unfortunately, it had plenty and I felt ripped off. 1- bathroom leaks every time you shower and floods water all over the floor 2- car Parking is tricky and not easy to understand the first time you do it as there isn’t any clear guidance; I had to phone a few times to get advice and it was raining after a 10 hour journey 3- stingy on shower gel and soap. Bear in mind this is a two bedroom apartment with the ability to sleep four adults. There were two tiny shower gel sachets for all of us and a tiny bar of soap. 4- locks: the bedroom doors don’t have locks on them and the upstairs bathroom door doesn’t lock 5- stains on the bed cover in the master bedroom

Had a really enjoyable stay. Well positioned to walk everywhere and comfortable enough to all relax in the lounge to unwind before bed. Instructions were clear and had a seamless arrival and departure.

We raised issues during our 3 day stay. We resisted leaving a public review to allow time to respond. Apartment not ‘perfectly prepared’ (your words). Entrance paving slabs loose, one potentially dangerous. No handrail at entrance. All window blinds faulty Living room window wouldn’t open. Kitchen tap loose & drips Limited kitchen equipment for party of 4. Kitchen extractor fan flue doesn’t go anywhere! Major issue when cooking. Had to open front door to let out smoke from oven Downstairs toilet tap loose Shower leaks heavily. Floor flooded. Black mould present Water damage bottom of bathroom door frame. Radiator in bathroom loose Bathroom tape plumbed incorrectly. Tap works in opposite direction Only 1 thin pillow each 2 hand towels between four people 1 hand towel in kitchen no tea towel Dirty throw on one bed Positives: Welcome pack, location. Comfortable lounge Good communication until things went wrong. Ongoing complaint.

We had a wonderful stay in Liverpool. The home is well appointed, bright, comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to all the main areas we visited. The Welcome Pack provided was very generous and much appreciated. We also valued the secure parking adjacent to the home. Communications with our host was very clear and timely. We would highly recommend this accomodation and will return to stay when next in Livewrpool.

We couldn’t get the heating to work. There were several phone conversations before the Host and Stay staff agreed to send someone from maintenance to fix it. If the agents knew more about the property they could have told us over the phone how to correct the heating. We had a parking ticket on our windscreen on the first morning even though we were parked in the allotted space. When I contacted Host and Stay they told me to contact the council to appeal the fine. I expected them to be more pro active as they were the ones who told us we had a parking space at the side of the property. We are now waiting to hear back from the council as we have challenged the parking ticket. It wasn’t helpful being told to get on with it ourselves! It was quite noisy at night due to being right by the YHA. The inside of the house was nice, clean and modern but the issues with no heating and then getting a parking ticket left a nasty taste in the mouth. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment was very nice. We were welcomed with snacks and oatmeal that make you feel very welcome. There were also coffee capsules The smell is also very pleasant. The only thing that was a bit awkward was that the plug of the tub got stuck and the water wouldn't go away.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Liverpool. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the conference centre and the docks, which made everything so convenient. The place itself was spotless and really well presented, with super comfy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed the two days on Hurst Street. The apartment was perfect for us as a family and offered everything we needed. The apartment is ideally located to visit the Albert Dock with all its cool cafes, restaurants and museums. The city centre is also just a stone's throw away. We were therefore able to see a lot of Liverpool. Communication worked perfectly and the answers to our questions were answered immediately. If we come back to Liverpool, we'd like to stay here again 👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s in an ideal location for all the main attractions in Liverpool (you don’t need a car). Great property for one or two couples. Modern, clean, well appointed and maintained. The host is available at all times if you have any questions. A very good choice if you prefer not to stay in an hotel. It gets a strong recommendation from us.

A great place to stay for a visit to Liverpool. The place is excellent and just as described - spotlessly clean and ideal for a family. Location is brilliant - walking distance to the docks, lots of attractions and the main shopping areas. So many restaurants to choose from and things to do. Place is easy to find, instructions top notch and the hosts communication ideal. Having a parking space for two cars right beside the property was perfect. We’d definitely return if visiting Liverpool in the future.

this was an excellent air bnb. I took my partner and her father to Liverpool for their first visit. the apartment was fantastic really clean and modern just a walk to albert dock. excellent amenities and any issues I had were resolved speedily. I plan on returning to Liverpool (I'm an Everton fan) and this will always be my first choice

Host cancelled on the morning of travel. 2 alternatives offered but didn’t match spec of original booking. Said they would notify Airbnb but i had to, and Airbnb support said the host was not responding to them. So disappointed as we had birthday celebrations planned and theatre tickets booked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is right in the city centre but quiet, which is so rare to find. All the shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The host was really responsive and friendly, and so helpful with all our questions. We will definitely be coming back here every time we come to Liverpool!

Had a great stay! The flat was newly refurbished with brand-new appliances and all the little extras like a hairdryer provided. The fast WiFi was a plus, and having parking for two cars was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable! Fantastic location as we were a stone’s throw from the Albert Docks. Plenty to see & do and a really helpful, friendly & proactive host. Thoroughly recommend to others and will definitely be back!

The property was immaculate, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the waterfront, great restaurants, and key attractions. We had an amazing time staying there. The property is spotless and brand new furniture and appliances and exactly like in the photos which we find very rare these days. The location is perfect only just 2 mins from Albert docks. The bed is comfortable and it’s also quiet. Couldn’t fault it we will definitely stay there again when we come back next time.
