The place was great and very tidy with a great location. I would say if you’re looking for a quiet getaway I wouldn’t recommend as it was very noisy at night, this didn’t bother me however if you’re a sensitive or a light sleeper I think it could be a problem. Everything else was good and there was plenty of room and all needed amenities in the apartment

Lovely place to stay , a bit noisy at night because of the local bars , but that’s all part of the fun , and lots of stairs to get to the room , fine for us but if your elderly or disabled then you might struggle,

It was a lovely clean apartment and well presented with a lovely shower and bathroom. The restaurant it was above was a bit loud but other than that it was a great little bolt hole to stay at

The flat was clean and tidy, location is very good on Ramsgate high street and very close to the harbour as well the only downside is that it can be quite noisy at night being on the high street/town centre. The host was very polite and responsive. Overall we are happy with our stay, recommended!

Everything was as it was shown on the Air BnB site . I was locked out 2 nights on the trot as someone in side the property put the lower lock on and was left stranded at 4am , had to telephone Air BnB and 30 mins later I was in . Perhaps the other lock shouldn’t be accessible to other people . The room was 34 when I got in there and had previously asked for a fan in there before my arrival . This wasn’t available so I brought my own. Yes it was noisy but with fan I couldn’t hear the noise . The blinds are lovely but then the room is filled with light in the morning . Great kitchen appliances and coffee /tea , shower items which was nice . The place was clean and fresh no smells . I had all windows opened and still too hot in there . Outside the property was filthy by the front door and alley , but this isn’t the hosts fault . Saying that I would stay there again but not in the summer .

Communication before arrival was confusing... I assumed Charlie to be an AI. Finding the entrance to the building was tricky at night, as it is down an alley shared with other apartments and behind an area used to store garbage. The doorway itself could use maintenance, as moving the door can cause crumbling masonry to fall onto you/the landing. The door opens into a tight space, then up 33 narrow stairs. The apartment was quite hot, opening windows to cool it down was complicated by broken blinds which did not open. The apartment has been renovated and appears modern, although could use some maintenance; broken blinds, cracked plaster, peeling paint, and stained couch. Bed is two single spring mattresses pushed together causing a ridge down the center. Good internet. There is little to no sound insulation in the apartment...while there were no pubs or clubs open nearby, the area nevertheless remains quite boisterous as people socialize and/or just pass by into the wee hours.

Great location. Beautifully sunkissed room, Bright and clear. Note to those who stay I would bring ear plugs as it is a lively neighbourhood.

It's a studio place and was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Good coffee machine. The host was very good at communicating with us and answering the questions we had. The location is great because it's right near the beach and all the shops and restaurants are literally right downstairs. The downside to that though is that on one of the nights we stayed it was very noisy from the bar outside and we couldn't sleep until it closed at about 1AM. It was Easter though so maybe it's not always like that, it certainly wasn't the night before (we stayed two nights). Must also mention the accessibility, there are a few flights of stairs to climb, didn't bother us at all but would be an issue for anyone with a disability or a very young child who needs carrying or a buggy to carry up. Nowhere to park but it's about a ten minute walk away to find free parking. Have to check out by 10.00 AM.
