Accommodating up to four guests, this elegant home features a spacious king bedroom and a cosy room with a small double bed, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The king bed can be split into two singles upon request, making The Braes ideal for family holidays.

The house is amazingly beautiful and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The host is very dog friendly and we had a great experience with ease arrival and departure. I totally recommend the place.
We didn’t manage to work out the heating system but tbh we didn’t contact the host about it.
The price is more manageable without 3rd party and longer stay.

Lovely accommodation very well positioned only a few minutes walking distance from the beach and from the town centre where all the shops/cafe are. The house is very well kept and it's great that it is pet friendly. The conservatory area is particularly nice as a dining room but also as a relaxing area for reading. The staff at Host and Stay is very good at answering questions, readily available and very friendly.

Stayed in many cottages but this is head and shoulders above the rest. It provides everything and more, they even left treats out for the dogs. The quality of all the furniture and kitchen appliances is first class and plenty of space to be comfortable - the beds are very comfortable and the conservatory is a brilliant addition, we enjoyed sitting in there for breakfast and in the evening playing games (maybe swap the table to be next to radiator as it gets chilly!)
If you are looking for a quality place to stay, excellent value in a perfect location then this is for you! We will be back - thank you!
