Lovely stay in Belford - great base for exploring Northumberland. Incredibly clean and tidy, comfortable beds and towels and linen felt like new. Would definitely stay again !

Enjoyed our stay here, great location for seeing Lindisfarne, Bamburg and Alwich. A few pubs and supermarket close by. Nice quiet spot. One thing to note 2nd bathroom is a hand held shower over the bath. This wasn't really any use to us which then meant we were all sharing one bathroom.

A truly beautiful cottage and the perfect weekend getaway. Super comfy beds, spotless throughout, and it had everything we needed. My son absolutely loved the bunk beds and I adored the roll-top bath — such a lovely touch. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend!

House was clean and ready for us. nice touch with the Christmas tree and welcome basket. Kitchen is well equipped, but a tea cosy for the tea pot would be helpful. Also if you want the non-stick pots and pans to last, we'd suggest some plastic or silicone utensils to prevent damage during use. This is merely feedback, rather than any criticism. Shower was great. Log fire is a nice touch, but wasn't sure where spare logs were kept on-site, if at all. We ran out of fire wood after only half our stay.

A lovely stay in a quiet location close to the beautiful coast. Everything was clean and well presented in the cottage and we were even given Christmas decorations too.

An amazing place. Beautiful decor, message on 1st night to check all was ok. Extra things like biscuits, tea and Coffee and don’t forget the logs for the fire.xx

Beautiful cottage, rustic but homely feel. Great base to see all of Northumbria. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, beds were so comfy with plenty of spare pillows. Heating was a dream on a chilly Belford night. Really accessible, always parking outside and the local shops and pubs were a great help. We recommend you have a car and driver, although I’m sure there is transport links - please check out Alnwick, Holy Island and Bamburgh. Thanks again for such a lovely stay, we hope to be with you again very soon.

Lovely house , we stayed for 2 nights, it was a nice little town. The house was spotless and had everything you needed in it. We have an 11 month old, came with a high chair which was very handy .

This house has been renovated to a very high standard. You walk in the door and think "wow". The open-plan kitchen living room was well designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The stairs were easy to manage and the surfaces / floors easy to keep clean. As regards the area, we could always park right outside the door and there is a Co-op just round the corner. The location is also great for visiting Lindisfarne, Seahouses, Bamburgh etc. We really enjoyed our stay and can thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

The cottage was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. All rooms were as described and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had a big dining table leading to a lovely sitting room area. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The location is excellent for exploring Nothumbria. Having a well-stocked Co-Op 3 minute walk from the property was a bonus.

Originally picked as a convenient central location for three of us to meet up. The house was well presented and the town was peaceful, but still had the necessary amenities. A short drive to some interesting historical and bird watching locations on the coast. All in all, a very pleasant short stay. Thank you.

The house was superb, in a great location for accessing walks and other locations, the village itself is very quiet and it’s a great place to stop and relax. The house itself was spotless and well presented.

This house was lovely, really clean and well presented, it had everything we needed (including a highchair for our toddler!) and all of the kit and appliances seemed very new. Would definitely recommend.

We chose this place because of its location, convenient for Holy Island, Ross Sands, Bamburg and Seahouses. Well situated in a peaceful village. Co-op and local public restaurant within walking distance, and a deli bistro less than 5 mins by car. Spacious modern clean property.

We had a fab time in this lovely little cottage, nicely kitted out with everything you need, easy to find and get in, with free parking right outside. Cafe’s, pubs, chip shop and a co-op in walking distance too. The perfect spot to explore the Northumberland Coast.

Beautiful place to stay. The cottage and the location we’re fantastic. Exactly how it was in the pictures. Unfortunate when we arrived the house had not been tended to so we had to wait 2 hours for the housekeeping service to arrive which did affect my 1 year olds bedtime.

The house is as excellent - immaculately decorated and high quality furnishings plus a well equipped kitchen to easily cater for a family. Very comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. Excellent location in quiet village. A little off the main tourist hotspots but only a short drive to Holy Island or Seahouses for boat trips to the Farne Islands. We were there at the perfect time of year to visit the puffins on Inner Farne - a truly amazing experience not to be missed. Host was responsive to any questions prior to our stay with full check in details sent on the morning of our arrival. Easy and flexible self check in with key in lock box ready to collect. Excellent value for money - though we did get a discount as one of their first bookings. Would happily recommend.

The house was brilliant. It is in a good location which is nice and quiet but has a couple of local pubs and a supermarket within a 2 minute walk. The house was spotless, the kitchen / lounge is really sociable and the finish of the house is really good. The beds were comfortable and clean and the rooms were fantastic.

Really fabulous cottage exceptionally well decorated and all fixtures and fittings really high quality. Had one of the best nights sleep ive had in ages. Good value for the location (great for Lindisfarne and surrounding areas) Loved the open plan living room/kitchen/dining spaces. Overall = exceptional.

This was a delightful property in a lovely, quiet little village. The property was top quality, everything had been thought of and everything was of a high quality. The beds were especially comfortable!
