Harrow Bothy is a charming, two-bedroom house in the Tweedmouth area of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Offering a perfect blend of comfort and style, with a contemporary touch throughout, the interior has been thoughtfully designed to create an inviting space ideal for modern living. The property features two well-sized bedrooms alongside spacious living areas that are perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings. The space
This lovely, dog friendly holiday home is ideally situated in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The ground floor is beautifully designed with an open plan living area which seamlessly combines comfort, style, and functionality, creating the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with sleek, high-quality appliances and features a stylish breakfast bar, offering a casual spot for meals or socialising.

The lounge area is tastefully decorated, with soft furnishings in a calming colour palette that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main focal point of the room is the stunning log burner, which sits centrally within the seating area. To enhance your entertainment experience, a large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, offering easy viewing from both the dining and lounge areas.

Step into the modern garden and you'll be greeted by a large patioed area, with seating under a pergola which can be left uncovered or covered with a pull out sheeting. Adjacent to the seating area you will see a grassed area with glass fencing.

Walk down the stairs and you'll be greeted with two bedrooms. The first is a king sized bedroom and the second is a twin room. Both bedrooms have ample storage and are light and airy. The twin beds can also be set up as a super-king if requested by guests in advance. All duvets and pillows are provided.

Both bathroom facilities are modern and are fully equipped.

The keys to Harrow Bothy are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Harrow Bothy per reservation.

Very nice cottage, in quiet location. Had issue with heating which wasn’t warm enough. Had to set manually, also used the fire one night. The fire is simple to work. Berwick, Tweedmouth, Spittal and surrounding areas really lovely. Holy Island a must.

It was good but the garden was unusable and dangerous with broken glass and pergola which was disappointing as was the main reason we booked with having the dog and no offer of a refund.

It was overall my most disappointing stay at an Airbnb unfortunately, and I have been to quite a few. Parts of the property are great; art work, books and lounge area. However my first impression was terrible. Having enter the back garden area through a very difficult gate I was very surprised to see small pieces of broken glass everywhere outside!! My husband and I had to deal with it before bringing our dog in (over an hour later!!). Doing this after a long drive is not what I expect for the price paid. The garden of property has obviously suffered storm or severe weather damage (which would have been weeks ago) but has not been tidied up to a safe standard for pets or children. Two out of the three toilets were dirty. The shower in is ensuite was dirty and contained short hairs. the main bathroom smelt dirty. The beds in the twin room smelt of sweat and finally realised it was one of the duvet inside its cover, yuck. Again not what we would accept for the price paid.

Lovely, well equipped property. Close to Tweedmouth Docks but very quiet. Pleasant walk one way to Bewick and the other to Spittal.

Beautiful and modern with all the necessary conveniences. Plenty of hot water and a very large bath. The living room was also very comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.
