The space
The Three Graces Getaway is the perfect retreat for those looking to explore Liverpool’s iconic waterfront while staying within walking distance of attractions like Liverpool ONE.

This newly refurbished property features an inviting open-plan layout that combines the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. The cosy living room includes a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, along with a wall-mounted Smart TV for your entertainment. The dining area boasts a sleek glass table paired with grey dining chairs, providing ample space for socialising or enjoying meals together.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer. For added convenience, a washer/dryer and dishwasher are also provided.

With a soothing mix of blue, grey, and white tones, the two double bedrooms offer the perfect retreat for relaxation. The wooden flooring, paired with elegant wooden wardrobes and furniture, adds a touch of sophistication to these stylish spaces.

The sparkling clean family bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower, offering the choice between a rain shower or a handheld option. It also features a WC and wash basin.

One of the standout features of this property is the rooftop bar, Goodness Gracious, located at the top of the building. Boasting breathtaking views of the city and waterfront, this hidden gem is run by the well-loved Oh Me Oh My restaurant located on the ground floor. Open during the summer months, it’s a must-visit destination — don’t forget to check their website for the latest opening times.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property is securely stored via a Keynest shop and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.

Other Things to Note:

The apartments are located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Great apartment. 2 decent sized double rooms and a sofa bed in living room. Great location next to the docks and 10 minute walk to Matthew street. Apartment was cleaned to a high standard. Communication with host was immediate. Only little downside is you need to collect keys from a newsagents about a 7 minute walk from apartment however, once we found our bearings G’s the drop off was done. Would defo stay again!

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
