Heather house made our first visit to Saltburn a very special one. The house is stunning with everything you need to feel at home. Location is fabulous with plenty of on- street parking. Shops, restaraunts and the beach are a short walk away. Would definitely recommend x

We had a lovely weekend in Saltburn. The house was in a perfect location for exploring the town, with bars, restaurants and the seafront a short walk away. There was good communication from Charlie, who promptly shared all the info we needed.

I couldn't fault our stay. Heather House was full of character, warm and cosy, with everything we needed provided. I would very much like to stay there again in the future. Saltburn by the sea is well worth a visit, there was lots to see and do in the local area. It's the first time I've visited the North East and it perhaps doesn't get the credit it deserves. We were lucky to have dry and sunny weather at the end of October. It was very peaceful, but I'm told it does get busier in the summer. Would definitely recommend to other visitors.

The house was perfect for our family of five, walkable to the beach and shops, clean and quiet location, and the communications were all clear and accurate, thanks for a great few days!

We were a group of three that stayed at Heather House for 2 nights (Sept 25), and we were all really impressed with it. The house is a good size, very clean, and the hosts provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house is situated about a 10min walk from the beach and just a few minutes away from local amenities and restaurants. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Saltburn-by-the-Sea.

Lovely house in very convenient position for the town and easy walk to beach. The house was very well equipped with everything we could have needed and extremely well looked after. Appeared to have been recently renovated to a high standard.

We had a pleasant stay at Eden Street. Parking is on the street wherever space is available, and the location is excellent, just a short walk to the main shopping area, a large Sainsbury’s, local shops, and within easy reach of the park and playground. The house is well looked after, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The mix of antique and modern furniture gives the home character, though it can feel a little mismatched. The floorboards are quite creaky and the uneven flooring with steps and slopes was tricky for older family members, and a few rugs had curled edges that we moved to avoid trips. The kitchen is functional but could use some improvements: a two-slice toaster isn’t ideal for six people, the dishwasher didn’t clean properly, and the washing machine leaked during use. Overall, we enjoyed our time and made the best of our stay, though we have found other homes in Saltburn-by-the-Sea more comfortable.

The house is a big spacious house.Massive kitchen. It has all the mods and con's. There are 2 TV's in the house,but both of them couldn't pick up a station due to them not having an aerial. But that is not a problem as there are many many books in the book shelf. I only stayed for one night as I had to leave early due to work commitments. So didn't really have time to enjoy the relaxed feeling of the house. it creeks and cracks abit when walking about which gives it character. It is close to restaurants and the beach.Which is so nice. I would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, cozy and clean… we felt right at home. The only thing we missed was a dish towel to dry our dishes. I would highly recommend staying here. 😊

3 of us came for a short weekend break to walk some of the Cleveland Way and enjoy the surrounding area. The place for perfect for this at a very reasonable price having 3 bedrooms, great lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. Also a little courtyard space to enjoy. Everything was spotless and up to date including everything we need for our short stay!

The house was lovely and in a good location. For the price a few extras would have been nice - a dishwasher tab to use the dishwasher and some coffee pods for the coffee machine. (There was some there but not compatible with the machine) I also received a lot of automated messages/emails over the course of the stay from the company behind the booking which felt too much when we were only there 2 days.

Lovely looking property in a great location for town and the beach. The property had no doors between the kitchen, lounge, dining room, and the hall, or the landing. Any noise downstairs; tv or kettle was clearly heard upstairs. This was difficult for us with a young family, we weren't able to do much once children were in bed, for fear of them waking. The property had floor boards with rugs, I could see this from the listing, but couldn't appreciate how creaky they were, see above comment about noise. Master bed is a King, but the duvet is only a double. On the first morning water came through the kitchen ceiling next to a power socket from the shower. I called Host and Stay, left a message, had to chase 3 times. Plumber came on 2nd day and said he couldn't repair it until after we had left. This meant we had an unsafe kitchen, and an area we couldn't use for the duration of our stay. Host and Stay did not contact us again to check in or apologise. Disappointing stay.
