Unfortunatley on our stay we found that it wasn't very clean; there was dirty cutlery/kitchen appliances, the coffee machine pods were not applicable with the machine supplied, the milk in the firdge was out of date by a week, no salt (as said it was supplied), the fridge hadn't been wiped from last visitors, dust/webs in corners of rooms, I think once you notice one thing unclean you start to spot it elsewhere when you are staying in somebody else's home/accomadation. Another small thing was that we was only made aware the day before checking in that dogs are not allowed upstairs to the bedrooms, which is fine but I'd of liked to of been made aware sooner as this may of stopped me from booking this home. Other than this, the stay was very nice, walking distance into Whitby Harbour, shop just beneath which was very helpful, large home for the price, and very cosy! Bed is extremely bouncy and soft, almost roll off if you arent careful. Good shower. All kitchen appliances you'd need.

Surprisingly spacious and quiet 2 The Parade suited us right down to the ground. Spotlessly clean and incredibly well -equipped we had an extremely comfortable stay and will go back .

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy and the place was warm. That was really appreciated on such a windy weekend.

Spacious flat - five minute walk to the beach. 15 min walk to centre of Whitby. Our little dog loved the flat - including the big dog bed supplied - she liked it more than her own bed. Only downside was the toilet and bathroom being downstairs. Might be inconvenient for little children. Otherwise a great flat. The shops below are a little off putting when you first see them but there was no unwanted noise. Don’t order from the Chinese / it’s terrible!

2A The Parade. Stairs to first floor as you enter the front door. Shoe rack and coat hangers at the bottom of the stairs. Spotlessly clean in all rooms and ample toiletries and cleaning products. Well fitted kitchen with washer, dishwasher, hob, oven and large fridge freezer. Bed linen clean, well presented. Child and dog friendly - small dining table in the Dining Room for the little ones, toy box in bedroom. Lovely living room and dining room, plenty drawers and wardrobe space, safety gate at the bottom of the stairs and even a dog bed and bowls! Location a bit out for us as I have walking difficulties, fine for able bodied people. The only criticism I have is it is above a Costcutter, Chinese Take Away, Coral Bookmakers but a very welcome surprise once you are inside.

Great location. Free parking nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly. Stairs up to the apartment are very steep and were difficult for our dog. Would worry about young children too. No hairdryer available and only 1 sachet of shampoo and body wash for 2 people for 2 nights which was disappointing as these were listed as supplied. Received an apology when reported these.

A lovely big, spacious house with everything that you could need. We did have problem finding the house to start and a better description of in between the Chinese and the shop you'll find the door. Nice to be able to sit outside on a morning for breakfast. Parking is avaliable outside the door which we managed to claim upon arrival which mede loading and unloading a lot easier. A nice place and would use again.

Lovely property which was easy to find and smooth check-in process. Great location just around the corner from the beach, and short walk in Whitby centre. Shop beside and a few takeaways in the area if needed. Would recommend a stay :).

Inside, the appliances were all in great working order—no fuss, just everything you need for a smooth stay. The second-floor balcony might be small, but it packs a punch: lovely views, and the sweetest surprise? Friendly seagulls dropping by for a visit, adding that charming coastal vibe. The host also nailed the details: the check-in info and house guidelines were clear, thorough, and super helpful—no confusion, just easy settling in. Great location, not far from the beach. The apartment was neat and modern, which catered to our needs especially bringing a dog. Communication was also great and everything in place. The beds were very comfortable and we would also like to know where the duvets are from as we would love them at home 😂 We would happily stay again.
