The Coach House, Apartment 1 is a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom property nestled on Saltburn’s Marine Parade. Located in Saltburn House, it features contemporary interiors complemented by high ceilings and windows aplenty that allow lots of natural light to flood into the space. With an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, the apartment offers all the comforts of home while you're away.Featuring a contemporary design with green hues, the interiors are complemented by wooden flooring and elegant furniture. The living space is bright and airy with large windows offering views of the neighbourhood. A large Smart TV is provided in the living area for streaming your favourite shows and apps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining area, perfectly situated within the open-plan layout, makes sharing meals with family or friends effortless.
The master bedroom boasts a double bed and hanging space for storage, along with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, WC, and wash basin. This bedroom is equipped with its own wall-mounted Smart TVs for entertainment at any time of day.
The second bedroom includes twin single beds ensuring ample space for all guests. The ensuite located in this room is sparkling clean with crisp white walls. Like in the master bedroom, it features a WC, washbasin, and a rain shower.

The Apartment itself was clean, spacious and close to the centre of town & the sea front.
See our full review on Trust Pilot and Google: DO NOT BOOK WITH HOST & STAY! We made a mistake of selecting 'book now' when reserving- after contacting them EIGHT MONTHS before arrival and asking for a refund to rebook, with the pay later option they refused. Then in the week before arrival we were given no option but to take out their contents insurance for an additional £30 when we already had our own travel insurance! Then two days after arrival we were awoken at 9am by loud drilling and hammering from the flat below, which the owners had decided to renovate without any notice given to us. This carried on all day from 9am-5pm EVERY day for the rest of our stay! No apology, not even someone to check if we were being disturbed by the work- just workmen, building materials and dust all around the main entrance every time we'd had to leave the Apartment because it was intolerable staying inside! Not wanting to spend part of precious time off complaining and in continuous back and forth communications with Host & Stay, we chose to wait until we returned from our holiday to contact them. Beyond receiving bland platitudes from what was clearly an AI Customer Service Bot, Host & Stay certainly don't care and offered nothing in compensation! There customer service is appalling and we strongly urge anyone wanting to book a holiday on the East Coast to avoid booking with them if they can. Such a disappointing experience from start to finish!

It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped, efficient heating and plenty of hot water.
Very well placed for train and bus services, plenty of cafes and shops nearby.
The double bed mattress is uncomfortable and it would be nice to have some thinner pillows.
We were worried when we found the door unlocked after a day out. Nothing of value had been taken, only some biscuits. I explained to the management and they said nobody should have entered the property. They also said they would replace the doorlock and review security.
