We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The accommodation completely exceeded our expectations in every way. Before we even arrived, the communication was seamless—we were provided with crystal-clear check-in instructions that made our arrival completely stress-free. The property itself was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was unbeatable, making it exceptionally easy to explore everything Saltburn has to offer, from the beach and historic pier to the local shops and eateries, all within convenient reach. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly return in a heartbeat!

Great place perfectly placed at one end of the promenade, cross the road and you can view the whole bay. Parking was a bit tight and could be a lottery getting a space onsite but able to park right across from property if needed. Accommodation excellent and host was proactive in communicating.

Good place to stay for 2 couples. Very clean and tidy and kitchen area was well equipped. 2 parking spaces supposed to be allocated but came on a first come first served basis and is very tight for larger cars. One car had to be put on the road. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely immaculate apartment, ideal for a short stay close to the beach, gardens, local shops, cafes etc. Was met on arrival by the delightful owner (by chance). Apt 2 is located on the first floor of the Coach House which is a separate building behind Saltburn House Hotel and approached by passing around the RH (southern) end of the hotel (not through the hotel). Parking is in the court yard between the hotel and the coach house but a recce on foot is suggested before trying to drive around the tight bends! Access to the Coach House is via a key pad locked door (signed Flats 1 & 2). Inside, a rather industrial steel staircase (required to meet fire regs) leads up to the first floor, but don't be put off! Then there is a door (no lock) leading to a corridor, with the door to Apt 2 & key box at the far end. Bedrooms are comfortable. En suite facilities are bijou but excellent. Kitchen super. Heating effective and quick. Overall highly recommended.

This apartment is lovely inside, new fixtures and well equipped. It’s accessed from the grounds of a hotel but is nicer than the hotel itself. We parked outside which is free and unrestricted. The apartment is comfortable and reasonably well equipped but could do with more pans for self catering. Milk in fridge, tea and coffee was a nice touch. The Tv runs via the WiFi and we had an issue as provided with the wrong network details. The host could not really advise as they’re an agency and not on site. Eventually we located the router and sorted it with the correct info. Location is good - short walk to the seafront one way or into the town the other - we didn’t need the car during our stay. Lovely park opposite. We would definitely return to this apartment.

Apartment was gorgeous. It states parking for two cars, this isn’t the case. We managed to get one spot then basically had lot of stress trying to park the second car. Internet details were incorrect. Called host and stay was on hold for 30 mins then they cut the call. Very frustrating.

Stayed with husband and mother and father in law . Tricky to find car park but free parking on the road opposite the hotel on main road not a problem. Apt behind hotel was easy to find and signposted. Apt was spotless and clean. Just as in photos. There was tea coffee and sugar but not sure if previous occupants but came in very handy ..great if supplied by host. Also bottlevof milk in fridge ..thank you . Beds comfy with 2 ensuite bathrooms with fluffy towels and toiletries . Although at the back of hotel and bar itvwas very quiet and didnt hear a peep We chatted to the cleaner on the check out who was lovely and kind .. ..we stayed bank holiday weekend and was lucky with the weather . Would i recommend ? Without a doubt ...5 star thank you .

We booked the accommodation last minute and were very pleased with our stay in Saltburn-by-Sea. All the rooms are newly decorated, clean and tidy. The location is very handy, nearby the steps down to the beach. Surprisingly, for such a central location the nights were very quiet and undisturbed (we had slight difficulty finding the building and car park as they are tucked away behind the Saltburn Hotel). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at the Coach House and look forward to returning.

We loved everything, at first we thought it might be noisy because we were tucked behind the hotel with a busy bar, but do not let that put you off. it was very peaceful and the accommodation is very clean and beautifully presented. it has everything we needed. The location was spot on, the coastline is stunning and we ate breakfast at Rapps, which we highly recommend. My only criticism is, like all accommodation it would be nicer to have a 3pm check in and 11am check out, especially on a Sunday. However, the current times would not put us off booking in the future. The beds were especially a high point, very comfortable.

Really well equipped. extremely clean. everything we needed. the access is a bit tricky as its around the back of the hotel. we called into the hotel and the man was really helpful. walking distance to some restaurants. communication was great except for how to find the venue. would definitely recommend

We loved the apartment. Very central, clean and had everything we needed. It was dog friendly which is always a bonus for us. It was very quiet and great location and 5 mins walk from the beach.

a lovely renovated apartment, in a central location. don't be fooled by the tired looking exterior of the adjacent hotel. inside is fully renovated and well equipped.

To be honest, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. From trying to find the property to departure, it has been an absolute nightmare. Property is lovely inside but floors filthy, layer of dust everywhere and damage to a number of areas (toilet seat, flooring, taps, damp on ceiling etc). Rooms freezing so couldn’t sleep. Heating resets regularly. Finding it was a nightmare. Lockbox very stiff and difficult to open / close. Awaiting complaints investigation to which has been thorough so far.

Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean. Beds were quite uncomfortable, and both showers did not drain well and so showers had to be very fast to avoid them overflowing. The description states fully equipped kitchen. This was not the case- no cooking utensils and very limited pans. Fine if you are going to eat out or have take away, but an issue if you were trying to cook. Having said that, the location was fantastic and we would go back again.

Coach house accommodation which has been renovated to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and decoratively pleasing. Comfortable for 4, acres of space for 2. Beds were very comfortable. Slightly alarmed on arrival to see proximity to pub/hotel but very, very quiet. Parking was a little confusing and when we did work it out we opted for on-street parking behind the accommodation which was fine. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent, large 2-bedroom apartment. Bright and airy. Good location for dog walking, beach and pier. Felt very new and good value for money. Parking at the rear slightly difficult to find and relatively early 10am checkout. However, would recommend.
