Nice place for a few days exploring with family, good location in easy reach of numerous walks and days out. Only downside was this is a residential street with older neighbours, on arrival we were made to feel awkward when unpacking our vehicle and where greeted by a neighbour asking if we would please not make any noise, they hate the fact the house is a Airbnb, we did have a good time but couldn’t really relax properly after that.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was incredibly cosy and well-maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The jacuzzi was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we’re back in the area.

Really beautiful Airbnb with lots of amenities. The place was clean and well equipped. The host was responsive and checked in with us frequently in the run up to our stay. We especially loved the hot tub. We would definitely recommend! And will be visiting again. Thank you

Wonderful place in a beautiful part of the world. Cleaveland way just up the road and Skeltern and Saltburn very close. Lovely walking nearby made even better knowing you’re coming back to a lovely hot tub and well appointed house. We will be back. Would highly recommended. Great communication and info for the house too.

We stayed here for my birthday and wow what a beautiful place, there was games and everything and more that you could need. It felt so homely and was perfect for us. We went down to the local pub also and the bar staff were so friendly, we may of spent longer than in there than anticipated… The beach was only a 15 minute drive also and loads of shops 10 min drive. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and bonus points for the hot tub. Thanks for having us :)

Absolutely loved our stay here. Saltburn is a 10 minute drive but you dont need to leave the premises as it has absolutely everything you need for a lovely getaway.

Superb stay. They catered for every one of our needs. From appliances to games for the kids. I have 3 childcare all with different interests so the games kept them busy. Would highly recommend. And would stay again. Thank you very much.

Absolutely gorgeous home, the owner was lovely and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was extra lovely. When we walked in we couldn’t believe have pristine it was from top to bottom! It had everything we needed for a family stay, we took all sorts but we didn’t need most of it as the kitchen was so well equipped. There was no washer or dryer which wasn’t a problem for us as we took plenty of clothes etc but it’s something to note so you’re prepared. There were loads of books and games for both adults and children. A super handy understairs cupboard and smart tvs in lounge & 2 of the bedrooms. Our bed was super comfy and the full place was just so cosy and it has a nice big fridge freezer. The hot tub is lovely too with led lights and shelter. Neighbours were friendly and we would 100% stay again. Thank you so much for having us! :)

We had a lovely weekend away, the house itself was immaculate, perfect for what we needed and beautifully decorated. The house had all the equipment we could need and the board games were a lovely addition. TV had everything included such as Netflix and YouTube. Bedrooms were lovely and very comfy. The hot tub was great! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Airbnb was lovely and looked exactly like the photos, also very clean. Great facilities, kitchen is stocked with all utensils, plates etc. also lots of games/ books provided. Hot tub and outdoor area was very nice and private. Nice views from the back of the house. Only downside is that neighbours would play music outside and had quite an unsightly garden (though one of the neighbours did come out and say if music was too loud to just let them know and they would turn it down), he seemed nice, just something to keep in mind. Dishwasher was not working where we stayed, but this wasn’t a big issue to us. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We booked this house for a trip away for someone’s birthday and it was perfect. The house looked exactly like the photographs and was lovely and clean, including the hot tub. The hosts were very friendly and provided you with all of the information required beforehand. There are beaches and restaurants a short drive away; however, the house has great utensil if you wish to stay in and cook. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We loved our couple of days at Salt Rock retreat. The home has everything you could need and more. My son loved the games and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Great location, only 10 minutes from the beach. We'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home. It was very lovely and clean. The added extras made it a superb stay. We managed to park outside the house everyday, no issues with parking. The neighbour we did see was very friendly. It was listed with no WiFi but there was one available. The area was also good for exploring. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Thank you!

Dreadful place. Looked great but once you see the dirt and cobwebs you cant unsee it. The shouting and swearing from what i can only imagine were cocaine fuelled neighbours was not just annoying but scary, especially with children. To add to this the host accused us of being too loud. On top of this smaller issues include one bed being a small double, not double as advertised, dishwasher was broken, sink didnt hold water and my daughter stood on an old shampoo lid which was on the bathroom floor on arrival. Wouldn't stay here again if i was paid. Avoid if you want to relax!!!

Dale's place was perfect for myself and three girlfriends. The house was extremely homely, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge area was roomy with plenty of seating, and the bedrooms were all decent sized with large comfortable beds. The decor throughout the property was beautiful, bed linen was pristine and everywhere was absolutely spotless. We made use of the hot tub, which was perfectly private. I cannot recommend this property enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My partner and I love a hot tub stay! So it’s fair to say we’ve been to many… this stay outdone all our expectations by far! If you have children, I couldn’t recommend anywhere better! This stay is a house with lots of room! Well equipped kitchen, lounge and three bedrooms, lovely balcony with outdoor sheltered hot tub! They also had a travel cot, high chair and a selection of adult and kids games! We loved our time here and will definitely be back!
