To start on a positive note the property was ideally located for access to the city either by walking or by bus. In our opinion the house needed a complete refurbishment and deep clean. The shower temperature and function was unstable. The seating in the lounge was grubby as were the cushions in the conservatory. There was no iron although it was advertised in the listing. Although not a problem for us, the garden was in need of some tlc.
