The open-plan living areas are perfect for gathering, featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining table for shared meals, and comfortable lounge areas designed for relaxation.
The property boasts seven spacious bedrooms, offering a variety of configurations to suit your group’s needs, whether it’s a family reunion, celebration, or simply a getaway with friends. For added convenience, all king-size beds at Bay View House can be split into two singles upon request.

We had an amazing stay here, the house is beautiful. It was immaculate and clean, with everything we needed. Thank you for the welcome hamper! It was a great space for our families to get together without feeling squashed in. Great communal space which accommodated everyone. Hot tub was really lovely, again immaculate and outdoor area all lit at night time. Views are incredible, great location for shops, walks, base for venturing out. We could not fault this beautiful house, left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you so much, we all had the best time and will definitely return.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
