DO. NOT. BOOK. THIS. PLACE! I HAVE NEVER LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON AIRBNB OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS SEVERE ENOUGH THAT I FEEL COMPELLED TO WARN OTHERS. I booked this property for three weeks but had to leave after just four nights. From the moment I arrived, there was a persistent, horrible smell throughout the flat. Then came the infestation of flies. Despite repeatedly cleaning, using bug spray, and ensuring there was no food waste or other obvious cause, the problem continued and worsened. I contacted the property managers about the issue, but they consistently said they would defer to the owners and never treated the matter as urgent. I eventually escalated the matter to Airbnb and provided photographs and videos documenting the conditions. After reviewing the evidence, Airbnb terminated the remainder of my booking. Looking at the most recent reviews, I can see my situation was not a one off at all.

Main entrance door handle was completely broken off aswell as rubbish everywhere. Our room door key was attached to a metal wire in the lockbox meaning you couldn’t actually take it off? And of course to lock the door from the inside you need the key as there’s no buttons or thumb turn, therefore you can not lock the door and had to leave it unlocked for anyone to just open whenever. Customer service was rude, pretty sure we weren’t even speaking to the actual person, we’re just told constantly that maintenance will be noted? Wouldn’t recommend, not worth it at all.

Very disappointing experience. I booked this apartment for one week, but I had to leave after only two days because of the poor cleanliness and bad smell. When I checked in, the apartment was very dirty. The pillow covers, bed sheets, and floor were dirty, the bathroom bin had not been cleaned, and there was a very bad smell throughout the entire apartment. I contacted the host/property and explained the situation. They told me they would send a housekeeper, but nobody came. I had to leave and pay extra to stay at a hotel. The next day, I contacted them again and was told that someone would come to clean, but again nobody came. Because the problem was not resolved, I checked out after two days instead of staying for the full week. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If cleanliness and a pleasant place to stay are important to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The place is very beautiful, quiet and secluded, offering plenty of privacy. There is parking right in front, which made things much easier, and it is relatively close to the centre. Throughout the stay, the environment was quiet, tidy, and everything was very respectful and organised. The space is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean, and the host always responded quickly to messages. We had a great experience.

⸻ We stayed at this Airbnb with the intention of spending two weeks, but unfortunately had to leave after just two nights due to a major issue with the heating. The boiler was not working, and the apartment was extremely cold and uncomfortable. While the management team was responsive and communicated with us regularly, the problem was not resolved during our stay. After two nights without heat, it became clear that the situation would not be fixed, and we had no choice but to move out early. This was very disappointing, as it significantly disrupted our plans. Reliable heating is essential, especially in colder weather.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location near the hospital, with shops nearby. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Host & Stay, we had a great time during our long stay at the accommodation. Great response and solution to immediate problems. A walkable distance to the city center.

I really enjoyed my stay at this BnB! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Even though the host wasn’t physically present, they provided very clear instructions and made sure I knew how to reach them if I needed any help. Everything was well organized, which made my stay smooth and stress-free. I’d happily recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Looked exactly like the photos, very modern interior and nice furnishings. Felt comfortable and at home. One thing I would say could improve that although there is parking on site, it’s very expensive at £20 a day, if a parking permit could be provided or parking at a cheaper rate would be preferred.

The place was good, towards the end the heating had partly stopped working and it was cold. The model with the self check-in was basically well meant, but I was given the wrong coder for the apartment door, it was difficult to reach someone. I still felt very comfortable and the amenities were very good. Thank you very much.
