Perfect for family groups, friends or business travellers alike this brilliant apartment will be a home away from home.You could cook up a storm in our kitchen or take advantage of the spacious living area curling up on the sofas and watch on the Smart TV.
We have two separate bedrooms each with comfy double beds, a double sofa bed available in the living area and a single sofa bed in the bedroom. Fresh white linen throughout, with towels for each guest and hand towel in the bathroom.
A clean family bathroom completes the apartment with a bathtub and complimentary shower gel sachets. It is a family-friendly property that provides a travel cot and high chair for guests with toddlers and kids.
Start your day off right with a fresh coffee on the balcony - we provide a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter pods, perfect to enjoy on the gorgeous bistro table and seating set up on the balcony!
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Excellent location, very clean
WiFi wasn’t great balcony door was broken couldn’t shut it properly and the balcony and balcony furniture certainly didn’t match the online picture, the bathroom was quite tired although very clean

Decent location and apartment was clean.
Very hot in the apartment. No air circulation. There was 2 fans in the room but neither of them worked. Just felt really stuffy.

Disaster of a booking. Despite messaging prior to booking to arrange easier collection and drop off of keys due to flight times , this was not honoured and had to go 15 minute out of our was before a 6am flight Sunday morning. Location was difficult to find and access. Bathroom was dirty with hair in plug hole and mould in tiles and ceiling. Carpets had stains and marks. While host responded to messages, did not offer solution to these problems. Area was dirty and noisy also. Felt unsettled walking near apartment, as did my 3 children. Would not recommend this stay

It was clean and tidy with tea and coffee available on arrival. The interior is nice and modern with plenty of space for a family of 5. It is a short walk to the city centre and the key collection is not far from the apartment.
Unfortunately you can hear all the bangs and noises from other apartments. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

Overall a nice apartment and good money value. The only hickup was a broken dish washer. The matter was supposed to get resolved within a week but it is still pending, now a fortnight later.

Great location, communication was good and at first glance appeared perfect. Coffee and dishwasher tablets etc provided.
No windows in the bedrooms meant it was roasting. Fans were provided but weren't clean and blew dust everywhere. Bin didn't shut and generally was dusty.

El apartamento es amplio, mucho mejor de lo que enseñan las fotografías. Nos quedamos en el número 29 y la verdad es que nos sorprendió a todos. El salón-comedor era espacioso. La cocina estaba bien. El baño era correcto. Y las dos habitaciones eran amplias.
La ubicación es perfecta, muy centrico.
Tuvimos que llamar porque a las 15h aún no estaban las llaves en la tienda en la que hacen ir a recogerlas. El personal de la tienda bastante antipático, por cierto. La chica que nos atendió por teléfono muy simpática y a los 15m ya teníamos las llaves, aunque seguimos sin entender como es posible que los de la limpieza aún estuvieran en el apartamento (pensando que el check-out es a las 10h).
Por otro lado, la limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear. A primera vista parece que esté limpio, pero si te vas fijando, te das cuenta de que no lo está tanto. La moqueta está bastante asquerosa, las superficies llenas de polvo y el baño estaba un poco asquerosito.
Creo que si mejoraran esto, sería perfecto.

I was extremely disappointed with the experience at Pall Mall Apartments. The bed sheets were stained and dirty, there were clumps of hair all over the floor. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower sprayed all over the floor, which then made the floor ridiculously slippery. We were only left 1 toilet roll, for 5 women staying for 2 nights. The taps in the bathroom were leaking and dripping continuously. The blinds in the front room were broken, as was the handle on the door. The floor was sticky and dirty, there was thick dust around the apartment, which makes me question how often the property is cleaned. It was generally very run down and neglected. They had the audacity to charge a non-refundable £25 for damages, when the apartment was already in complete disrepair. We also wasnt made aware of this hidden charge at the time of booking and they only requested the payment too close to the time of the stay, for us to cancel. We had to walk for 10 minutes to collect the keys, which wasn't communicated to us in advance. The shop that was advised to collect the keys from was labelled completely differently to what was on the information. I would not recommend staying at Pall Mall apartments for the price we paid and the ratings the apartment had, I was definitely unsatisfied.

1) Extra 25pounds requested to be covered to insurance. It was not visiible in the begining.
2) There were problems with my code I received to collected the apartment key. It wasn't working for sometime and actually I didn't get feedback what was the problem when it in the end worked.
Answers on the booking chat during this period were the AI-based/automatic, and they were anoyining for me.
3) The beds were too narrow (140cm wide for 2 persons). There is a space that beds for 2 are 160cm wide in each room.

The place is OK. very good location as walking distance to everything. we had no toilet roll left, bags for rubbish and not enough towels for the stay. check out at 10am is ridiculous for anywhere. the check is late and I understand that of it the place needs cleaned but it was empty for a week before we arrived so it was available for early check in

Very pleased with the accommodations we had in Liverpool. Perfect for our trip to see the mighty Everton Football Club and explore Liverpool as a city. The location is really great as it was in a low key area for noise, but near enough to restaurants, pubs and other local spots by a short walk that a good time was never far away.
The set up in the flat worked well for the three of us that stayed there. Everyone had their own place to sleep and make their own.

Location is ok, place was clean, was a pain to checkin. WiFi was inoperable so was unable to work from abnb so had to go to a noisy cafe not so nearby due to it away from most cafes. I messaged upon checkin about WiFi, was told they’d send someone but no one came to fix it. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 guys for 3 nights… asked about more… was promised someone would come by (just like WiFi) but no one did.
Next door was noisy…. Couldn’t use tv or WiFi to drone out next door noise since there was no WiFi…. Will definitely stay elsewhere next time in Liverpool.

We had a great stay here when we were in Liverpool for my birthday weekend. Picking up the keys was easy and the communication from the host was great, a detailed handbook was provided. The location is very central and we liked that we could walk to and from town each day. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the basics for cleaning/cooking were provided to us which was great. The parking is just outside the building too at a reasonable price which was very useful. We would stay here again when we come to Liverpool!

Alles war sehr schön, das einzige Problem ist da sowohl der Eingang des Hauses als die Fluren sind gar nicht so sauber und die Böden waren auch sehr schmutzig. Leider weil alles anders sehr schön war.

Die Lage war gut.
Die Unterkunft ist extrem heruntergekommen. Türen sind kaputt, das Badezimmer sehr dreckig. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht, die Balkontüre fällt fast auseinander, wenn man versucht auf den Balkon zu gelangen und generell ist alles einfach renovierungsbedürftig. Die Gläser im Schrank hatten noch Lippenstiftabdrücke und andere Rückstände. Abgesehen davon, dass sich der Geschirrspüler nicht schließen lässt und deshalb nicht funktioniert, kann man auch die Bestecklade nicht ganz öffnen, weil der Geschirrspüler im Weg ist. Das Haus selbst ist auch heruntergekommen und alt. Was aber die größte Frechheit war ist, dass wir nur einen Schlüssel bekommen haben. Der "Ersatzschlüssel" (hängt im Appartment) bringt überhaupt nichts, da man mit dem Schlüssel nicht in das Haus selbst hinein kommt. Um in das Haus zu gelangen braucht man nämlich einen "Key Fob" (Schlüsselanhänger zum Scannen am Eingang) und dieser ist nur am Hauptschlüssel. Somit haben wir zu 6. einen Schlüssel geteilt. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Telefonieren bekamen wir auch keine Alternative angeboten. Lediglich ein "I am sorry for the inconvenience". Ja, danke für nichts! Die Klingelanlage funktioniert übrigens auch nicht, man kann also nichtmal jemanden unten rein lassen. Generell funktioniert in dem Appartment so gut wie nichts - nur der Fernseher, der hat Netflix. Ach ja, und die Dusche (abgesehen davon, dass sie dreckig ist) überflutet das Badezimmer. Super bei 6 Leuten, die sich morgens alle duschen wollen. Und zur Sicherheit: Vor dem Appartment saßen in der Nacht immer ein paar Obdachlose um Drogen zu nehmen.

The apartment was very comfortable and well set out. The beds and sofa bed were very comfortable. There was pay for parking opposite the apartment which was very handy and only £15 for 24 hours which is reasonable for such a central location. Very nice stay but the 10am check out was a little early I feel. Especially after a late wedding celebration! We just about made it!!

A good, modern apartment in a very convenient location. Note there are two pubs very nearby so there can be some noise in the late evening (but not into the small hours). Really handy for Moorfields station and only 10 mins walk to all the main shops and attractions. The apartment is quite hot and stuffy as other reviewers have noted, so use the ventilation system provided and open the balcony door for air.
The apartment is comfortable (apart from the single sofabed, which is not really usable!) and generally well kitted out, although the kitchen equipment is a bit basic and some obvious things are missing: an oven glove, any wooden spoons, washing-up liquid. (The listing says 'cooking essentials' such as pots/pans, oil, salt and pepper are included – there is one milk pan, one medium pan, one frying pan, so just about adequate, but the consumables weren't there at all. It is hard to 'cook up a storm' as the listing suggests, but I'm sure these things could be easily rectified.)

easier to enter the property round the back rather than the front, otherwise you have a long walk!! 😅
there is also a little ncp courtyard at the back of the property which costs £9.95 for 24hrs. this is cheaper than the big ncp car park at the front of the building.

Loved our stay in the apartment, everything was as described, everywhere is within walking distance, a lovely pleasant apartment, the only one downfall is that the windows don't open, not the fault of the apartment owners but the whole building is the same, we had fans in the bedrooms and we could sit out on the balcony and left the balcony door open for fresh air, I was delighted to see a travel cot and feeding chair so hopefully will return with my grandchildren some day, all in all we were very impressed and would definitely return

Overall it was a great stay! The team were really responsive to all my messages regarding the apartment. However there were some minor repairs I had to notify them about I.e broken bathroom lock, marks on sofas, burn on carpet. They did respond and say they would send someone to sort it which I thought was great. But it was fine I just wanted to make them aware it wasn’t us that caused it. The location was walking distance of the centre and the docks. The mattresses could do with being replaced as they were very springy. But overall it was a nice stay

Lovely, clean, homely apartment and close to city centre. Looked exactly like the photos. Only downside was the fact that the bedroom windows did not open so was very stuffy however the owners had supplied fans so it made it more bearable. Overall would definitely recommend!

5 of us booked with Katy, Joe & their team for a weekend trip to attend a wedding. The apartments were central, easy to find, comfortable, and clean. Katy & Joe were friendly, responsive, and made it incredibly easy.

The apartment had everything required for the weekend with friends. There was plenty of room in the apartment and it was very secure. Most of apartment was clean. Instructions well provided. The place to pick the keys up was easier enough to find and not far away. A hair dryer was left for us to use after I made this request. Some tea & coffee also provided which was a nice touch. Close enough to the attractions.
There are parts of the apartment that requires some attention e.g. the bathroom. There were also parts of the apartment that required more cleaning, the front room area and one of the beds had marks on the sheets. The beds in the front room were not very stable. On arrival there was a man on reception and the area smelt of weed, we saw no one on reception after that. The blinds kept falling down.

Great value and location. Few issues that we’ve mentioned to host - leaking shower etc. The hosts were great - fantastic guides and recommendations given. Easy check in and cheap NPC parking right across the street - £13 for 24 hours.

The property was just as it looked in the advert. It was clean and comfortable with a good kitchen and plenty of cups, glasses etc. including a few basics of washing up liquid and coffee.
We had 5 adults so plenty of space.
The location was easy to find and ideally located for Mathew Street and was an easy walk from the station.
If I had to find a problem the beds were very soft.
The entrance to the apartment block is not very inviting and the corridors were smelly but this did not effect the apartment.

Received a very informative link showing, with pics, what you have to do to pick up the key, enter apartment, Wi-Fi and how to setup beds if you are using the sofa beds

The apartment, facilities and getting access do not deserve a poor rating. The only thing is the view out the windows and balcony, not great but I didn't go to Liverpool to stay in apartment and admire the views

very clean and tidy apartment, with decent facilities and amenities (smart tv, coffee machine).
property is in an excellent location to get to city centre (and also actually fairly quiet at night considering how close it is to city centre)
a few very minor issues (such as top drawer/shelf in dishwasher v dodgy and didnt pull out properly), kitchen sink tap leaked, shower head also leaked and water leaked down side of shower screen onto bathroom floor when using shower.

Location is amazing, close to everything but in a quiet area also extremely clean rooms and bathrooms.
We stayed in the summer and rooms are quite warm and windows cannot be opened.

Great location to explore Liverpool. Able to walk into the city in 15 minutes. Plenty of room for a family of 5 in the apartment. Would advise exploring all parking options as there is a much cheaper alternative where you can see your car from the balcony.

I had a great stay here and felt really at home. I loved the amneties they provided, including coffee and tea so all I had to buy was food! I wish I could have stayed longer!
The view is lovely too. Even though it’s in a busy area it’s actually really quiet

The apartment is a great base if you’re wanting to go into the city centre! The apartment was clean and had everything needed. It was lacking openable windows however they did provide fans which was helpful in the heat. Communication from the host was quick and they were able to answer any questions we had. The parking next to the apartment was expensive however there is a £3 a day carpark a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend and would go back if I am back in the area.

L'appart est parfait pour 4 personnes, très bien situé, nous nous sommes déplacé uniquement à pieds durant tout notre séjour. Par contre les fenêtres sont fixe et ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir, pour aérer c'est compliqué mais il y a des ventilateurs à disposition.
Katy, Joe et son équipe sont à l'écoute et réactifs.
L'appart est très bien équipé.

The apartment is great, as it is in the pictures, and its location is good, but the disadvantage is that there are no windows in the bedrooms, and the curtains are not blacked out.

Incredible apartment in a perfect location for exploring the city. The owners are great at communication. Having to collect the keys from a convenience store is a little inconvenient as it’s at least a 10 minute walk. There is parking around the apartment but it’s very pricey so keep this in mind.

Our main gripe was that the apartment was very different to the images and cleanliness was an issue.

Perfect location for anyone working in the city centre on a temporary basis as it’s quiet and located walking distance from most places. Clean and tidy place well looked after would highly recommend it for anywhere up to 6 people. Katy and joes team make things very convenient for you no matter the time for checking in or out and give great communication when needed.

Although the location was good, a short walk before you’re in the centre, the area where the apartments are is less than good. It’s fair to say as we walked to the apartments and met the front door we all had a ‘we aren’t staying here are we’ look on our faces… so be warned.
Inside was nicer than the outside but small touches like the pictures hanging off the walls, tables all chipped and scratched and the freezer was disgusting!
Check in system with collecting your keys from a little post office wasn’t the smoothest with us having to ring the owner (which who I would admit answered and sorted it straight away).
Although the area wasn’t great and the apartments were very run down we enjoyed the flat itself when we was in there and didn’t need to get taxis anywhere as it was so close to town. Parking options given from owner were absolutely extortionate (£50 for 48 hours) we had to ask a security guard for a cheaper option who kindly directed us to Victoria street car park so this is worth a look at it you need parking.
Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

My son and I had a nice trip to Liverpool. The apartment was nice with two bedrooms.. It was a quiet place, and short way to centrum. The information about our stay, was also very good.

We really enjoyed our stay in Liverpool. The flat was in a great position for sightseeing and getting into the city centre. The flat was clean and well resource with a reasonably priced car park next door! Katy, joe and team were really helpful.

Great location and worth money spend. But not happy about fungus in bathroom, which turn out in bad smell in the apartment, especially when first arrived. Excellent wi-fi and living room, bedroom and kitchen satisficing, although the freezer should have been defrosted some months ago!

Had a lovely time staying in Liverpool at Katy and Joe’s apartment. The apartment was very central and only a couple mins walk to Liverpool One.
The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet, we slept very well.
A couple things to note below that could be improved upon.
The bathroom and shower could do with a bit of TLC, shower not very powerful and the shower nobs had broken so not sure which was hot or cold.
Door handle on front door a bit wobbly and we struggled with the lock as it seemed to get stuck when unlocking.
Over all we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment to friends.

A great space to use as a base when exploring the city of Liverpool, it’s nightlife and the docks!
Slept our group of 5 comfortably.
Lovely lounge area with good media/entertainment/connectivity setup for the TV. Nice little balcony too - worth keeping the balcony door open when you’re in to get some good air flow.

Generally speaking, the accommodation experience was good, but I felt that the pillow in the guest room was relatively high, so I was not used to sleeping. The location of the house is OK, but I have been looking for it for a long time on my first day. Overall, it is not bad😉

This apartment was first class!...... it’s in a great easily accessible location that is just off of the main streets so was both convenient and quiet.
Communication with the hosts was effortless and check in was a breeze...... it couldn’t have been more hassle free.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and the amenities were exactly as advertised...... the place has great modern decor and the beds were unbelievably comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this venue to any visitor and this will most certainly be my ‘go to’ for future trips to the city.

The flat itself was great, very clean and modern. The check in experience wasn't good. We were told that we could pick up the keys from lime Street station but it turned out it wasn't an option. We had to walk 20 minutes with the luggage to another place only to find out it was closed, even though we arrived during opening hours. We had to wait in the cold with our little children and grandparents until they opened up. We did message and call the host but the response was slow. However, overall we enjoyed the apartment.

Fabulous apartment! We stayed recently as a party of 3. Everything is in the apartment that you could need for cooking etc and place was sparkling clean. A safe place to park is a bit away from apartment (to our knowledge, we're not familiar with area) Nespresso pods were a nice touch. Thank you!
