Bedroom two boasts a luxurious king-size bed with crisp white linens, warm wooden touches, and soft bedside lighting. The neutral decor and minimalist design create a serene atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful night's rest.
The property features a calming bathroom which i the perfect place for guests to refresh themselves throughout each stay. Please note that the charming, antique-style toilet, operates at a gentler pace than modern systems.

The entrance is located on Seafield Road at the corner of King's Way. Please look for the blue door to the building named Curwen Mansions. The property is located on the first floor.Please note that there is no television at the property.

Lovely location very close to beach and 20 min walk to Brighton pier. Close to restaurants and nearby shops. The bedrooms were clean and beds were made, however the hard floors in the living room were rather dirty leaving us with black dirty feet. The toilet did not flush properly.

This would've been a wonderful stay at the flat is very nice and very spacious however the beds mattresses in both rooms were so cheap and incredibly uncomfortable that the first night I did not have any sleep at all and the second night I opted to go and stay with a friend which renders the whole point of renting an Airbnb pointless.

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate. As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Thank you for your consideration.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
