This is my fifth time in Phuket and my first time staying at this villa This time I was on vacation with my grandparents, mother and brother. I searched a lot of villas on Airbnb a month in advance, and finally decided on this one. I'm glad it lived up to our expectations, the villa is much better than the pictures, we also cooked our own meals in the villa They are very considerate, you can find everything you need in the villa, pots and pans, slippers, bathrobes, everything The host was also very gentle. At first we wanted to check in a day in advance, but the itinerary changed later, and the host also helped us coordinate the time Regarding the electricity bill, we were worried that it would be expensive, but we only paid 180 baht for three days, which was unexpectedly cheap. This is a very beautiful and very nice villa Very quiet, soothing There's a little night market right outside. Less than 10 minutes from Rawai Seafood Market I sincerely recommend the next person to come ❤️

FANTASTIC VILLA! Very highly recommended. Close to the hussle of Rawai but also down a secluded and very quiet soi. The external areas are lovely for relaxing and there is plenty of open space inside the villa. We had a family of five over Christmas and new year and enjoyed seafood bbqs by the pool. Lots of restaurants locally with very diverse quinine available. Definitely worth booking if that matches your holiday dreams.

The villa was very clean and beautiful. There is no inconvenience because there is a small night market and several shops and restaurants right in front of the peaceful pool villa. The interior was very clean and the room smelled good. Swimming in the pool watching the sunset I cooked in a kitchen with all the tools. The bedding is clean and tidy, and plenty of towels and water are prepared. I had a really good rest. If I go to Phuket, I want to visit again.

This villa was amazing. It was perfect for a family of 8 with a baby. The host even made sure we had the crib for the little one. It was just down the street from a Tops Daily so you can get your necessities. We had a little issue with the pool but when I contacted the host about it they came to fix within 30 min! Thank you for such a great stay. We will be looking out for this property again the next time we are in Rawai.

Amazing place to stay! The Villa is really big and the private garden You get is something really amazing! You can’t easily find something like this in Phuket area where You also have everything in walking distance. The pictures doesn’t show You the true value of this place. The house is really big inside. Everything looks better in real life than the pictures. We stayed there with a big family with 4 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of space and privacy for each of us. Free everyday cleaning was also perfect for us. Also, with a big family like us, we had enough for the free electricity that is included in the rental price. I recommend this place for everyone who looks for quiet place with stunning views with a big private garden. Host is relly responsible and helps You out with every question You may have. Thank You for the amazing stay!

It was a great pleasure to stay at this villa. The property is beautiful and well-maintained — it’s clear that it is taken good care of. The pool was simply excellent: clean and offering a stunning view of the mountains. All appliances were in good working order. As for suggestions, it would be great to update the kitchen utensils — especially the knives and frying pans, as some of them are no longer usable. It would also be nice to replace the towels, as many have holes and have lost their original white color. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the place, Supitcha was responsive and there was a maid for daily cleaning! while we were there pest control and swimming pool cleaning were also done. Only con is that 1 bathroom is shared between 3 bedrooms (apart from 1 in the master bedroom) but we already knew that while booking so we managed it somehow! Highly recommended for families with Kids (We were 7 adults and 1 infant)

We were 8 people as a family with children. The villa is very comfortable, well-equipped and cozy. It is at the end of a small quiet area, a small night market is nearby. Our hosts were very charming and responsive to our requests, the organization of the rental is perfect, the cleaning lady comes by every day, our hosts can offer some extra services like transportation to the airport, we are really pampered. 100% recommendation!!! Thanks again for our stay!

This really is a lovely Villa and to be honest looks better in real life than the pictures. at the end of a nice quiet street so there's no noise, very peaceful views across a small gap between the houses with a clear view of the mountains. everything was perfect inside and out.

It was very comfortable and pleasant stay in this property. Great location, good house and beautiful garden. The gardener is doing a really good job! However when checking out we got surprised with 23,800THB electricity bill. We have stayed in many properties in Thailand and electricity bill has never been this massive. There must be some issue with the appliances or something because 650 USD for 1 months electricity is crazy. Because of this reason I would not return to this property even though everything else was great.

Great place in Rawai. Walking distance to many restaurants. Close to Nai Harn and other beaches in the south. Place was better than the photos depicted it. Well maintained property. Home was cleaned daily. Communication was great. Had some small issues that were promptly addressed.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! It’s better than you think. So spacious, lovely grass area, surrounded by nature, and on a dead end street so lovely and quiet but next to the hustle and bustle. Owners were an absolute delight, and were very caring for the whole stay. One of my favourite airbnbs i’ve stayed at 😊😊

We had a superb stay. The villa was actually nicer than the photos and immaculately clean. Supitcha was super professional and responsive and able to arrange return airport transfers for the six of us which were on time and overseen by her. Pool was great, regularly cleaned by their staff as was the garden with a daily maid service. Superb food market a 1 minute walk away, great stay and would definitely recommend the villa, very well appointed and professionally managed.

a beautiful home, excellent facilities and very very close to the main restaurants and shops. (3 mins walk is a great street food market, amazing bakery and well stocked familymart) Host is incredibly quick to respond and helpful. pool is a good size and beds in all rooms are very largw. the 4th bedroom is great for a kid or as a small office space. We would definitely stay again.
