We had a fantastic week's stay at the house. There were 11 of us, and everyone felt comfortable, as there were plenty of quiet areas and privacy. The location of the property is great, and we were able to do a lot in the surrounding area. Saint-Tropez, Nice, Monaco, etc. are good options and easy to reach as day trips. Unfortunately, there is no large table in the house. In the living room, there is only space for 3 people, but you can improvise using other tables in the house. Unfortunately, the parking spaces on the property cannot be used. Because the driveway itself was too small for our small car. There is ample parking on the street. Nevertheless, a really great property, including A property that offers enough space for many people and activities. We will be happy to come back.

we had a lovely stay. We were on a family holiday. 10 adults and 2 children. The only thing we needed was a table in the living room that was big enough for everyone to sit with. We solved this by taking a table from the balcony into the living room.

We stayed here for a week as a big family of 17 people, ranging in age from 5 to 80, and it was perfect for us. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for such a large group. The location made it easy to get to many nearby attractions, and we loved coming back each evening to cook together — the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

We were three families with a total of 15 people (including 9 children/teenagers). Arrived at the villa on Saturday evening, but was not met by the host. After about 30 minutes, we were finally called by the host and received the code for the key box. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch with the host (late feedback), so it is beneficial to maintain a good communication channel with the host. The villa is very large and suited us perfectly, very nice with an annex with a total of 2x2 beds that provide extra privacy if needed. Generally well cleaned. We had a great stay in the villa. A lot of time spent in the pool in a very quiet neighborhood. The villa is a bit worn, the front door is a bit stuck in the floor and is heavy to open. The annexes had a little heavy air, possibly they had not been used for a while, could have used a good ventilation. 30 min walk to the train station, but was ok for us. Grocery stores close early on Sundays, so remember this when arriving on weekends. All in all, we had a great stay, and would do it again. Thanks for visiting!

The villa was beautiful, well located not far from a big shop and the beach front (10 minute by car). It was 16 of us, and everyone had their private space with bedroom and bathroom. The communication with Margaret has been great, very reactive and accommodating. We asked for a slightly later check out and agreed with no issues. She was very responsive and efficient for any questions. The only feedback is the cleaning could have been slightly better (one of the shower was fully blocked with hair by previous guests - which flooded the bathroom floor/bedroom). The bathtub/shower in the big / main room in the villa wouldn’t work, couldn’t figure out how to work the shower with handheld shower head… so ended up using another bathroom. Furnitures around the pool area look very old and start to break. Some cupboards / drawers are broken, switch lights buttons are out of the wall (you can see the cables inside) in one of the studios.. Overall, it was good for us and would come back!

Great villa when there are many friends /family, each has their own space/bathroom, and lots of common areas to enjoy, + the pool is great! Very easy check-in and out, easy communication, we had a lovely stay!

A nice house with a beautiful garden in quiet and fabulous surrundings. And yet nearby to Cannes, Nice and the spectacular coast-line. Perfect for large family-groups.
