Suite 501 is a luxury one-bedroom apartment in the Zimbali Suites. A stylishly designed open-plan kitchen and dining room leads into a comfortable lounge area and opens onto a balcony with gorgeous ocean views.
*NB: To access the estate facilities, such as Valley of Pools and Zimbali beach, Suites guests must make use of the free shuttle service that runs hourly starting from 8h30am - 3h30pm. Latest pick-up time from Valley of Pools is 4h30pm.
The Zimbali Coastal Resort is a place where miles of deserted beaches divide the warm Indian Ocean and the lush coastal vegetation. A place where you can observe schools of dolphins in the waves and whale sharks as well. A place to enjoy bird watching while encountering over 200 species of birds, and indigenous wild life with shy blue Duiker and families of Bushbuck wandering through.
NO children are allowed in Suite 501. Only guests 18 years and older are allowed in this unit. And guests are not allowed to sleep on the couch. Transgression of this policy will result in a fine.
Maximum guests this Suite can accommodate: 2 adults over the age of 18.
Guests at The Zimbali Suites have access to the below via the shuttle service:
- Zimbali Suites pool and garden area
- Zimbali Championship 18 Hole Golf Course - booking essential
- 3km stretch of private beach by showing your gate access card to security
- Bushbuck Club restaurant, tennis court, kiddies gym, cricket pitch and pool
- Running trails and more
(Please note that some facilities/activities come at an additional cost which must be arranged and paid once within the estate).
The Golf Course can be accessed by car. All other amenities can be accessed by foot.
Please also note that there is no lifeguard on site or at the private beach.

Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully refundable R1,500 hold (a service fee equivalent to R47 is charged additionally).
Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A non-refundable R200 fee providing R2,500 in accidental damage cover.
Loadshedding:
To assist during loadshedding if this should occur during your stay, this property has a generator that automatically kicks in when the power goes out. You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly.
Construction Notice:
Please note Zimbali Suites are currently experiencing some construction noise due to ongoing car park repairs (levels 1–6), being carried out by The Capital Hotel. This work is expected to continue over the next few months. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Zimbali Estate has strict access control rules managed by the Zimbali Estate Management Association, known as ZEMA. These rules are separate from Euphoric Leisure’s booking terms and must be followed to ensure a smooth check-in and stay. Please read the below carefully before booking
🔐 Access Requirements
* No same-day or last-minute bookings are permitted.
* All guest and vehicle details must be submitted by no later than 12 PM the day before check-in.
* ID copies are required for all guests aged 16 years and older.
* Only registered guests listed on the booking form will be allowed access to the estate.
* No visitors are permitted under any circumstances.
* All drivers entering the estate will be biometrically registered.
* Jet-skis and boats are not permitted onto the estate.
Late, incomplete, or incorrect submissions may result in access being delayed or denied. Any booking form changes, additions, or corrections made after 12 PM the day before check-in will only be processed the following day and may result in guests having to wait at least 24 hours before access is granted.
A late change penalty of R350 per change will apply.
Euphoric Leisure is not responsible and will not issue refunds for access delays or denied access caused by missing, incorrect, late, or changed guest information. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate and submitted on time.

A late check-in fee of R750 applies for arrivals after:
* 7 PM from Saturday to Thursday
* 10 PM on Fridays
🏡 Estate Use and Restrictions
The accommodation is strictly for short-term residential rental only. It may not be used for events, functions, parties, receptions, meetings, commercial use, or for more guests than the registered number.
No external service providers are allowed onto the estate. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Chefs
* Masseuses
* Decorators
* Beauty technicians
* Any other outside service providers
🚗 Uber, Taxi and Food Delivery Rules
* Ubers and taxis are only permitted for drop-off and collection.
* Ubers and taxis may not transport guests around the estate.
* If guests do not have their own vehicle, we recommend renting a car or golf cart to enjoy the estate facilities with ease.
* Access codes for Ubers and taxis can only be requested between 8 AM and 4 PM.
* If a code expires due to guests arriving after midnight, access may be restricted until office hours resume the next day.
* Guests are responsible for any fines incurred by their Uber or taxi drivers.
* Uber Eats, takeaway, and food deliveries are not allowed onto the estate. All food deliveries must be collected outside the estate.
