I had a really enjoyable stay with Euphoric. The space itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well maintained, and I would happily stay again. Communication and responsiveness from the broader team could definitely have been better, but I particularly want to acknowledge T, who was exceptional throughout my stay. He was helpful, attentive and consistently went out of his way to assist whenever I needed anything. His level of service genuinely made a significant difference to my experience. I would stay with Euphoric again purely because of the service T provided. He’s a real asset to the team and deserves recognition for the way he looks after guests.

We had such a wonderful stay in Zimbali over the weekend! The agents were extremely prompt and professional, and the entire booking and check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The house is absolutely beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures, and was spotlessly clean. Everything was just perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return soon. Property was lovely and well furnished, clean and well presented. My issue is with the communication. I reported an issue with an inverter that was continuously beeping and made relaxing in lounge area difficult. I was told it would be fixed, it was not. I was then told an electrician was on his way. I stayed in to ensure access was secure and easy. No electrician turned up and issue was not resolved at any point. Very disappointing. I think we were maybe a bit unlucky also that the neighbours thought having a party until 1:30am was acceptable- I later found out I should have requested the estate security to resolve as this is not allowed in Zimbali. Was also a bit surprised that no basics were left in kitchen. Some salt, pepper, sugar, kitchen roll etc would make a better impression.

The tv remote working , the rug needs to be washed. A full mirror downstairs would be great. Nice place though we enjoyed our stay.

Second stay here and had a good time as usual. Once again, the place is extremely clean which was appreciated. There are a few items creeping in that could make this stay better: The kitchen is too bare and could use some additional basics like paper towel/napkins. Some of the doors in the kitchen are falling of their hinges. The scullery seems to have a very damp smell and somehow attracts cockroaches even though we’ve kept the door closed at all times. The main sliding door in the lounge is so heavy to use, you almost don’t want to use it. The sliding door in the primary bedroom doesn’t actually latch or lock so you basically just push it closed which is a little concerning given the abundance of monkeys in the area. A good stay that could be great with some simple inexpensive upgrades by the host. Thanks Euphoria

This is a lovely flat in Zimbali with a sea view and good access to all of Zimbali’s facilities. It is well furnished and spotlessly clean. The living areas and bedroom match the photographs in the listing. As other guests have noted, it is disappointing to have no salt, pepper, tea or coffee when everything else is of such a high standard. It should also be noted that the main living area is accessed up a fairly steep flight of stairs with no stair railing, and the bedrooms up another flight of stairs. This was problematic for my elderly father. Unfortunately our stay was marred by very noisy neighbours. Despite several complaints to Euphoric, who did attempt to help, the issue was not resolved until I contacted Zimbali security directly.

We love Zimbali & have been there many times, first time at this house. The house has a nice pool&view, however this is a self checkin&checkout place, they do not inform you to check the sheets bedding &anything else that is dirty. After check out they charged me R2275 & never bothered to let me know why I had to nag them, eventually it was for sheets we apparently messed &a replacement of a towel which was already dirty when we got there. I understand it’s my word against theirs but if they notified be beforehand to check all of this I would have told them when I found the items dirty. no network so if the wifi doesn’t work which it didn’t work upstairs for 3 out of 7 days, there is no connection to the world. If you staying for a week they only supply 2 rolls of toilet roll per bathroom, the helper said I needed to buy my own, I didn’t and asked for more, which they eventually brought. it’s a self catering place without any Dishrack in the kitchen. Euphoric leisure are not great.

Beautiful spacious home with all listed amenities. The home was clean and spacious and is great for families looking for a quality stay in a safe vicinity. The booking, check in and checkout process was seamless - Zimbali estate has tight security but following the instructions was seamless as details were clear and concise. Communication was clear and responsive from the host - who were flexible in meeting our requirements and expectations. WiFi connectivity is intermittent in some parts of the home - but that shouldn’t be too much of a concern if your intention is to switch off or use your cell phone data as a back up. Daily cleaning services were provided - Hlengiwe was prompt, efficient and professional as a cleaner. Definitely worth the stay!

Beautiful house. Biggest of challenges was no network within the villa and there was no WiFi internet connection throughout the weekend, which made it very hard to communicate with the host or anyone. We forgot to close the window and the house was raided by monkeys, unfortunately

Lovely house in the heart of Zimbali. Views are gorgeous and this place is extremely spacious. I think what stood out most is that it’s absolutely spotless. The AC in the living area works much better than the one upstairs but we had +40 degree weather so it was understandable. The improvements that can make this a real stand out place are small. I would suggest including some basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, spices and napkins/serviettes etc. Aside from this, if you’re looking to impress friends/family.. you can’t go wrong with this place. Host was also super responsive which always makes the Airbnb experience smoother and comfortable. Thanks Euphoria

this place is a definite hit! beautiful & extremely clean. getting into zimbali is pretty difficult, especially for a first timer. hoping the restrictions can be lifted a little bit or being a tad bit more understanding, more especially for people who are driving from far. however, thank u to Euphoric for the clear communication & immediate responses. thank you for an amazing time ❤️
