I’ve stated in 4 Airbnbs in Madrid in the last couple of years. This was the best in terms of value-quality. Appreciate the clear correspondence and support. The place offers info for local entertainment and it shows that the cleaning is done by professionals which is always a plus.

Miguel is a great guest and available at any time. Gives good recommendations about Madrid. The property is very close to the center with the metro less than 5 min walk. Just keep in mind that the apartment is on the ground floor and not very bright. But for a short stay in town is more than enough ! Definitely recommend!

Very good stay, the apartment is located in a rather quiet street not far from the Prado and Las Lettras neighborhoods, 5 minutes from the metro. The instructions are clear and the lockbox check-in is very convenient In addition, Miguel is very helpful and communicates a lot about possible activities and all arrival and departure procedures. Great location! The best! Comfo stay for 2. Concerns: 1. Communication was all good until we arrived. I asked permission if able to check in early. There were 3 people managing the chat. One response said ok to come in early since it was not occupied the day before. We got there, the room was NOT clean, bed not made, in short - it was prepared for new tenants. Called the number in the contact info - no answer. From chat, was told cleaning person is on the way it will ready by 12:30pm. We came back 1pm & owner returns my call & asking why are we there early? & will be charged for early check in. . I was confused, In the chats, I had permission for early check in ..He said he doesn't read the chat. He apologized and said will make up but didn't hear back. 2. Am 5'3"... But too short to reach kitchen items in cabinet. no stool. towel hooks to high! - must be 6' to reach.

My four night stay at this centrally located apartment - a 5 minute walk to the Prado, and 10 minute walk to/from Atocha train station - was great. The apartment in located in a lively, authentic Madrid neighborhood, with no shortage of amazing restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment is located on the ground level - perfect for guests with lots of luggage! - and included a clothes washer, which is always a bonus. As a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and se ure at all times in the apartment and its neighborhood, and I'd definitely book it again if I were in Madrid.

Excellent accommodation, it is an old but well maintained house, in the center of Madrid, 10/15 minutes walk from cibeles, atocha and gran vía, perfect location. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which makes it easy to quickly enter and exit the property. I would definitely come back.

The location of the house is great. You can get to the centre of Madrid for free with the 001 bus. For the rest, the house looks like a bunker, a very narrow corridor to get to a very narrow kitchen and bathroom. The entrance door is VERY noisy and at night the people who enter wake you up all the time. Every morning we found COCKROACHES around the house that came out during the night. Finally, the cleanliness could be better.

Miguel's apartment was very comfortable. Great location, close to El Prado, Reina Sofia museum, and Parque del Retiro. Something to bear in mind is that the kitchen and bathroom are very small. But it was not a problem for us. The living area was pretty spacious. The apartment was very quiet, and we appreciated that considering Spaniards love to go out very late at night and are loud. Miguel and his team were always very responsive and provided us with the information we needed right away. Thank you, Miguel!

Very clean apartment and good location, but it is important to consider that there is a door that covers the window that faces the street, which cannot be opened, because it interrupts the pedestrian sidewalk, so it damages the lighting of the apartment. Otherwise everything was very good.

A tiny place in an excellent location in Madrid. The apartment is on the ground floor at street level, so you’ll see people and cars passing right by the window. There are two bars—one next door and one across the street—but thankfully, noise wasn’t an issue during my stay. I was there on Saturday and Sunday, and it was quiet enough; things got a bit busier Monday morning with more cars going by. The location is truly fantastic. The space is very small, but it worked well for a short 2-day stay. Overall, I was happy with the choice.

The apartment is in such a great location, close to restaurants and the metro and so easy to get around. The hosts were always friendly and responsive, always willing to help out. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated but likely better for a solo traveller due to the size of the space. Also, not great for anyone with mobility issues due to the steep stairs to access the kitchen/bathroom space. There are some elements which could use improvement - some of the kitchen cabinets are really high up and hard to reach, and the towel hanging hook was so close to the ceiling I couldn’t use it! Also, although the smart lock is likely more secure, it was sometimes impossible to open. Otherwise it was a really perfect stay in Madrid, muchas gracias!

Location is great and place was clean but it’s not a one bedroom. It’s a studio. Noisy street and the building is on ground floor and when tenants come in the door slams hard. He also wants me to pay 20 euros for checking in at 2pm instead of 3pm. I even advised I would not and I would just go to a restaurant near by.

we stayed in this apartment for a weekend, from Saturday to Monday. The apartment was exactly as in the photos and upon our arrival it was clean. It is on the ground floor, overlooking the Calle but the glazed windows of the window guarantee privacy. We feared there was a lot of noise since there are some places on the street, but we slept without problems, the place is very quiet. The location is perfect, you can reach any place in Madrid in a few minutes on foot, so the value for money is very interesting. If you arrive early you can't leave your backpack or suitcases in the apartment and the same if you leave late on the day of check-out. We opted for a very easy locker to use at calle de atocha 86. overall it was a very pleasant stay! Thank you

The location is brilliant, very great surroundings with lots of restaurants and bars. Especially nice is the coffee botanical right around the corner. The bed is very comfortable and these steps between living space and kitchen we found funny, that was no problem for us. You can reach a lot on foot. The bar was a bit noisy on weekends. You can always hear the front door when it is opened and falls back into the lock. We would come back.

A great little spot dead centre in Madrid, surrounded by some absolutely fantastic bars, restaurants and sights. Well worth it as the location is worth its weight in gold. We walked everywhere with the major sights being within 1.5 miles from the place. Accommodation has everything you’d need and is nicely presented.

Cozy little apartment in good location between the train station, museums and central plazas. Lots of restaurants nearby and everything is walkable. Not suitable for anywho with back issues or who would struggle with the steps up and down between the kitchen and bathroom.

A funny apartment in an interesting area. Great access to museums. We were greeted with a leak on the floor in the kitchen. Perhaps the dishwasher leaks. We did not use it and after we dried the floor there were no more leaks. The oddest aspect of the apartment is a short tunnel in the middle. Three steps down, then three steps up. Separates the kitchen and bedroom from the rest of the apartment. Also, we arrived in the middle of the Great Blackout. It would have been a kind gesture for the owner to provide some candles and matches.

I gave the listing a 5 because the host, Miguel, was superb, informed about the house from the time of booking, and sent some services about the Madrid travel catering especially with free guides, although it was not a full journey due to physical reason.But we made us feel friendly and welcoming, kept in touch until the final check out and let us check out late.The location is good, but the one floor in Spain is our zero floor because the windows in the living room are blocked off by the outside door and the door is blocked by garbage, so the windows basically cannot be opened, which makes the room look dark and humid.It was nice to have three sets of heaters in the room which made the room less cold.The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the bar next to it is worth a few drinks.Go that day Madrid including the big Iberian power outage to be memorable. The apartment is in a nice vintage neighborhood, near the Prado and the Reina Sofia Museum. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The decor is essential, but there's everything you need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The bed is super comfortable. We felt right at home.

Miguel is part of a group of professional hosts who have been very kind to us. The house is in a great location and is similar to the photos. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the presence of work in the lobby, we also found not an adequate level of floor cleaning and found a large cockroach resting on our suitcases. I think the hosts should clarify that the apartment is on the ground floor and the large window overlooks the street. Surely without these inconveniences it would have been a great stay.

The place was nice.. just needed a little dusting in ceiling and a smell in bathroom ..... also I couldn't get the wifi working... With that being did the place was still worth the money and I would stay again... great location.. nice bnb ... easy check in...very walkable area with restaurants, monuments, night life... the location is awesome ....

The place is just as described, it is a little cold for times where even in Madrid it feels cold, it has everything described an equipped kitchen and the bathroom is close to everything and is quiet in the context of outdoor noise, I recommend it for a short stay and rest.

Very nice place to spend a few days in Madrid, very good point and neat. It is on the ground floor and on the street, so noises from the outside are easily perceived. It has a small uneven underground tunnel to move from the living room to the cook that may prove to be something difficult for those who have mobility issues or is very high. Also the shower in the bathroom, it is small and makes one move a little restricted inside. But other than that, everything was excellent. I recommend mainly for young people.

Espaço is great, very well equipped apartment, super clean and quite comfortable. Located in a great area, with very easy access to the main museums, the Retiro Park and 10 minutes walk from Gran Vía. It's well worth it and I recommend it to everyone who wants to take advantage of Madrid.

Apartment with a very good location, next to the Prado and very close to Sol. It's not too big but for two people it's enough. Although it is in a bass, there is not much noise. The hosts are kind, the instructions for entry are clear and simple. I would recommend it for a weekend meeting Madrid.

The location was so, so good, and it was nice that there were restaurants near the accommodation. The😆 host was also very kind and responded to my questions right away, so it was convenient. The space was clean, and I stayed comfortably for 3 days without any problems. The🤍 very small disadvantage was that it was a little uncomfortable that the bathroom was very narrow, but it was okay because I was satisfied with the other parts!

Miguel's apartment is highly recommended. Consisting of a nicedecor, spacious and bright. The area where it is located is lively and comfortable, especially if you want to walk around Madrid: ten minutes from Atocha station, five minutes from Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia. The area is also full of bars and breweries, you could always find something open. Despite this, it is very peaceful. Self check-in and check-out is also great. The only thing, it would be convenient to put a stand for the bathrobe. Otherwise, highly recommended!

To access, responded very late our message, directions on insufficient access, no directions inside. THE WASHING MACHINE DID NOT WORK, THE TV HAD NO SIGNAL AND THERE WERE NO WIFI PASSWORD INSTRUCTIONS. THERE ARE SIX STEPS IN THE DEPARTMENT THAT FOR SENIORS, THEY DO NOT USE THE DINING TABLE. WHICH IT TAKES OFF. AND THE HOST WANTED US TO BE A LAUNDRY TO WASH CLOTHES. THE HOST DOES NOT CONSIDER THAT IN A SHORT THREE DAY STAY, IT IS NOT ONE OF OUR PRIORITIES TO VISIT A LAUNDROMAT. THAT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME, WHICH WE HAD VERY TRIMMED. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK AND MAINTENANCE TO MAKE IT AN ACCEPTABLE STAY. I ASK GUESTS, TO BE PUT ON GUESTS' SHOES, HOW WOULD YOU GUESS WHAT PLACE IS YOUR APARTMENT, WHEN YOU GET IN, DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT AND TO CORRECT YOUR INEPTITUDE, GET MESSAGES TO THE GUEST.
