Excellent location, very close to Retiro Park and just a short walk from key areas such as the Prado Museum and the city centre, making it ideal for getting around on foot. On the downside, there was quite a bit of noise from the street, and the flat didn't get much natural light. That said, communication was very good at all times, with the hosts being attentive both on arrival and on departure.

The flat is on the ground floor and is divided into a living area with the bed separated by a bookcase. The kitchen and bathroom are located in a separate room, which is accessed via a short corridor. The house has all the necessary amenities and is very comfortable, located in the centre in an area full of bars and restaurants. Overall, a great choice!

Wonderful location, delicious meals steps away from the apartment, and only a few minutes walk to the amazing Prado museum - everything was perfect!

The Las Letras neighbourhood is a great place to stay. Close to Madrid’s main museums. Surrounded by a lovely selection of tavernas, bars and restaurants. What’s more, there’s a supermarket just two blocks away. The flat is great and exactly as shown in the photos. Even in person, it looks a bit bigger than in the photos. I would just say that it lacks a bit of natural light. However, if it’s a leisure trip just to relax, it doesn’t affect anything at all. It took me a few hours to get the heating working properly; it wasn’t on when I arrived, even though they had asked me what time I would be arriving and I had told them. With the air conditioning, he acclimatised quickly. Out of the three radiators, only one was working. It wasn’t a problem, but it could have been better.

    House Rules and Recommendations for Your Stay: Please remember that this is a private home, not a hotel. We would highly appreciate it if you leave it as clean as possible for the next guest. If you choose to smoke inside the apartment, we ask that you do so with the utmost care to prevent any damage to the furniture, textiles, or other elements of the property. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the primary guest on the reservation. Turn off the lights when you leave. Energy saving is greatly appreciated! Respect the neighbors' rest. Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and strictly avoid hosting parties in the property. Madrid has fabulous places to go out and party! At the end of your stay: • Turn off all lights. • Close the windows. • Pull down all the blinds. • Gather all trash into a single spot to facilitate its collection. • Leave the keys in the wooden bowl at the entrance, located in front of the intercom. Overnight stays for guests not included in the reservation are not permitted. However, you are welcome to invite guests over for lunch or dinner. Mid-stay cleanings are not included in the price. If you require an additional cleaning service, it must be arranged in advance and the cost covered. If the apartment is left in extremely poor cleanliness conditions, an additional €90 fee will apply. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest for the total cost of repair or replacement. There will be no towel or linen changes during your stay. According to standard guidelines, one shower towel and one hand towel are provided per guest for stays of up to one week. For longer stays, two of each type will be provided. To use streaming TV services, you will need to log in with your own subscriptions to the platforms. Take care of the key. This is a patented key, and a replacement fee of €40 will apply if lost. Towels, linens, furniture, and all other apartment amenities must be used with care. In the event of permanent stains or damage that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, an additional fee will apply to cover the replacement or restoration of the affected item. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
