The flat is small but functional if you're going to spend a lot of time out and about. The neighbourhood is quiet and the place is within walking distance of Plaza Mayor. The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom helped a lot on the hot days we had. The instructions were clear.

This is a great place as long as you adjust your expectations. We wanted a place to be located centrally in Madrid so we could explore the surrounding areas. We spent very little time in the apartment, mostly for sleeping. The apartment does not have great views or beautiful internal design. But it is located very close to all central areas of interest and has a comfortable bed and couch and a clean shower, this was all that we needed. The host was responsive and the place was very easy to find.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights with our chihuahua, after almost a month in Andalucia, before flying back home to Puerto Rico. The apartment was perfect for our short stay. Very modern, very clean, comfortable, good WiFi, good AC, great security. The neighborhood is very walkable, with lots of nice coffee shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. I would not hesitate to stay her again, even for a longer trip to Madrid.

I don't really know how to rate the apartment. The location is perfect. Check-in worked well. Communication was also very good. The apartment is very small and, in our opinion, inferiorly equipped. Only the most necessary things are there, and they are of very cheap quality. It is almost impossible to cook something for yourself. There were some shortcomings. Our message about this was quickly responded to and at least an attempt was made to fix it. Normally, I would say the apartment is not worth the price. However, I cannot really estimate the price level in Madrid. If you only stay a few days like us, want to have short distances to great places and don't want to cook anything yourself, you can recommend it. Travellers by car: parking costs €40/day.

The apartment was very clean and separated by rooms, perfect for 2 people, you can make use of the sofa bed that was very comfortable, it just lacked fitted sheets and a warmer blanket according to my friend, the kitchen equipped although we gave it little use, only, the morning coffee. The bathroom, impeccable and well organised. we only had one drawback. There was a major construction project, right in the building next door, wall to wall to my room that started very early and did not let us rest in the morning. Rodrigo tried to stop the drilling and the banging on the wall and that noise ended at noon, a little late, because we were ready to leave, but at least there was a reaction and the second night we rested. It is a first floor of a building of 5, with very thin walls and you can hear the neighbors but with earplugs you can rest. This has been our experience. Although I repeat the apartment is cute, it's a pity that you can hear everything. Madrid is 💖 and good food.

Had a wonderful stay overall. * Check-in was flexible (which was quite useful for me as I landed in Madrid at 11pm in the night), super simple thanks to the shared instructions. Rodrigo and the team of hosts were regular and friendly in their communication. * Great location. Lots of good restaurants and shops around, and quite close to some of the popular attractions in the city. * All amenities worked as described (I used the washing machine that worked well, WiFi was great, they have a quite a clean and functional kitchen – which was great even though I never ended up cooking myself because of the so many restaurants around the apartment. * The apartment may seem slightly smaller than it appears in the photos, but that wasn't really a problem. It had adequate space and storage for me, especially since I was staying alone.

The house is as described, small but very well-equipped. The only missing thing was a hair dryer. It was easy to find and get into the place. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and the location is within walking distance of the central areas and attractions. It is a 12-minute walk from the nearest metro station. However, one night before our departure, the landlord gave the passkey to another tenant who popped in at 22:00, one day before their rental began, as we were still in the house. They left the premises, and the landlord explained the situation and apologized after some time, but knowing that someone else had the entry passkey was annoying, and we didn't feel safe. I believe they don't change the passkey often, and it is known to many other people. Other than that incident, it is a decent place to stay in Madrid.

First time in Madrid and chose this apartment to stay in. Location was absolutely perfect: 5 minutes walk to The Royal Palace. Also there is a quiet place where you can sleep perfectly. Rodrigo sent all instructions how to get the apparent, we didn't have any problems with it. He answered all our questions, so staying there was very comfortable. Hope we will return some time.

The position is perfect! For tourist purposes, is the perfect place in order to reach all the important places! They give you perfect suggestions for free city tours and restaurants. The house is cute, with all the amenities: kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The space around the bed is very small! Hard to get in for older people…and the very pity is that the house is very dark, even if outside is sunny…so it’s ok for few days, not for long stay.

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos. It's impeccable, it has everything for a comfortable stay. An extra point is the sofa bed, where you can sleep very well. The location is excellent, a few minutes' walk from the main points of interest (Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Almudena Cathedral). I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
