Cosy and clean flat located in "La Latina", a very typical Madrid neighbourhood that is easily accessible by metro from anywhere in Madrid and also from the airport. Close to many places where you can try typical tapas or, for those who want to, typical restaurants. I always recommend making a reservation. Public transport with stops close to the flat and, of course, the Line 5 metro station. In short, it's a perfect little flat for a couple, and it's close to the main attractions of the wonderful, unique and one-of-a-kind city of Madrid. The host is always ready and proactive, polite and attentive to guests' needs. I recommend staying in this cosy little place and enjoying Madrid.

Ideal location close to tourist attractions and the heart of Madrid. The property matches the description. Noise at certain times due to the proximity of the neighbours and the soundproofing. Clean and very well-equipped property. I recommend it for a few days' sightseeing in Madrid.

The place is very practical in terms of location and home amenities. There were shops, restaurants and cafés for breakfast nearby, as well as supermarkets, and the city centre, e.g. Plaza Mayor, is just an 18-minute walk away. The room was on the first floor, and you have to go up a flight of stairs.

The place meets expectations and is exactly as shown. We had an issue with the neighbour upstairs, who made a lot of noise early in the morning by walking barefoot on the wooden floor. Monica and Alfonso were concerned and got in touch to try to resolve it.

During the stay
The principal tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all the persons accompanying him. Since 2025 this property cannot host tenants who come to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose manager claims to have a different purpose than tourism: professional, work, studies, teacher, doctor, congress attendance, cultural, telecommuting, etc. For these reasons, we must sign a contract, justifying the reason for the stay, it is not necessary to explain anything else. The contract must be kept in the apartment, and must be shown at any request. Also: - Parties are prohibited and will constitute grounds for termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If private vigilante or police have to go to the apartment we will charge 250 euros for the warning service. - Respect the neighbors' peace and quiet. Do not make noise on stairs or in the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. There's a law against noise in Madrid, with cash fines of over 300 euros per person. It is forbidden to leave the garbage in the apartment, every night there are gray cubes with orange lid on the street, for containers, the lid is yellow, para organic , brown. The last night is very important, it is forbidden to take the garbage out in the morning on the street, if we have to take it out we costs 25 euros - If you cook, you have to clean the utensils you have used - Towels are for personal drying, They are not makeup rags or wipes or shoes. The cost of useless towels due to misuse is 20 euros. - Clothes may not be hung on the balcony or outside window. You have to hang the washing on the drying racks. - In rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for the costs of supply starting from €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...) - Only declared tenants can enter the house, the presence of other people without authorization is reason for termination of the contract and immediate expulsion. In compliance with the national security law, we need, because it is mandatory, the guest information to give them to the police. We will need a photo of a government-issued ID. On self check-in, selfie. - No smoking in the apartments, the fine is 300 euros out of respect for others - If the keys are lost, we must change the lock, it costs 120 euros. - There is welcome pack that usually lasts two days, we do not leave items for the entire stay, includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, kitchen soap, scouring, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). If the tenant violates the rules, he acknowledges that he loses the right to continue in the apartment without obtaining any reimbursement. -

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
