The space
The building has an elevator and the apartment has full air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. Its practical layout includes three bedrooms — two with a double bed and one with a single bed — a living room with a sofa bed and two full bathrooms, which facilitates the comfort of both families and groups.The house is fully equipped for work stays, studies or temporary visits. The surroundings offer a quiet atmosphere, with supermarkets, cafes, small shops and leisure areas very close by. In addition, it is a short walk from the famous Rastro, perfect for enjoying its atmosphere and discovering shops, antiques and gastronomy.
The living room is a pleasant space to relax or work, and the kitchen has everything you need for everyday life, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals during their stay.

It is nice to be 15-25 minutes on foot everywhere, the house is tastefully furnished but the bathrooms are not very useful, especially the toilet in the bedroom has a smell. Overall a pleasant home, the hosts are always ready to help and provide all the necessary information, they help when they can (such as early check-in) I would expect the house to be cleaner, it was very dusty. Other than that, it's a perfectly adequate and enjoyable house. The antique market is set up in front of the house:)

The apartment is very nice and offers everything you need. The location is also great, as there are also nice restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a weekly flea market, very charming. Communication with the hosts was good and I received feedback fairly promptly. Thank you!

Additional rules
The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund. - Gather used towels
