This apartment is an ideal choice for temporary stays of two people looking for a functional, bright and comfortable space. It is located on the fifth floor, and although the building has an elevator, it reaches the third floor, so the last two sections must be done by stairs.
The space
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms and a private terrace, located right in front of the apartment and separated by a corridor of about one meter. This terrace offers a quiet outdoor space, perfect for resting, working or simply enjoying a relaxed atmosphere during the stay.
The apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning throughout the house, heating and free WiFi, making it suitable for both teleworking and studies or other activities typical of seasonal stays.

Nice, cute little apartment with everything I needed, and great location. The street was quite busy, but you don’t really hear the street noise inside the apt. It was nice having the patio for breakfast & coffee and was helpful to have that area to put the clothes rack outside for quick dying. I appreciate the local recommendations. Thank you!

The accommodation is perfectly located in Madrid for visiting the many points of interest in the city centre, while being very quiet. Perfect for a couple, very clean and well equipped. Communication was smooth, even if a little insistent. The restaurant recommendations turned out to be perfect. I highly recommend this accommodation for visiting this beautiful city

I'll start that the host who met us was very nice and helpful but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the fact that the apartment was very dirty and needs serious maintenance and upkeep. For 1000 euros per week, which is a month's rent, there needs to be serious cleaning done. Luckily they left a mop to wash the floors. Very dirty, dusty, and most worrisome and unhygienic was the mattress and mattress cover were unwashed and had yellow and red stains... The pictures don't look at all like the unit - it's not modern, cute and fresh as the photos suggest, it's very tired and unkempt. Provided were pods for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, soap, body wash but no shampoo. Despite being an airbnb, no coffee. The location is great, very central, close to subways and sightseeing locations. Overall though, for this price, I expected a clean apartment and I was very dissapointed.

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
