This two-story apartment offers a comfortable and functional environment for temporary stays in Madrid. Accommodating 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms and a total of 5 beds (1 double bed and 4 single beds), as well as 2 full bathrooms, a cozy living room and a kitchen equipped for everyday use.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the top floor, which provides extra privacy and allows for a more comfortable layout for groups or families.

The location couldn’t be better. If you’re like me and like to explore the city by walking, this one is for you. The house itself is very cozy, although it’s an inner unit facing the buildings patio and has low sunlight, I felt right at home with its spacious living room and high ceiling height. The heaters work like a wonder and the house stays very warm and comfy especially during the cold days we were in Madrid in December.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from Cava, Plaza Mayor, the metro and yet, being an interior apartment, quiet and peaceful. Excellent for 6 people and equipped with the basics. It has an elevator, so it is suitable for people with limited mobility for the first floor room.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable for 5 people, the location is not bad and everything was fine in general. Our particular problem was that the photos did not show carpets and the apartment is completely carpeted. And beyond the smell of glue in the apartment, in the case of our trip we had someone with serious allergy problems, so we would not have chosen this apartment if the photos had been updated. It was a source of conflict and stress.

The flat was spacious and comfortable. As some other reviewers have mentioned, it is looking a bit 'tired' but is still nice enough. It was great to have two bathrooms and especially a bath. The beds were comfy and linen etc clean. It's true that the flat doesn't have a lot of natural light as the windows open on to an internal space, and has no street views,but the upside of this is that the flat, despite being in the centre of Madrid, is very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely fabulous, so close to great restaurants and lively, buzzing streets. There's a good supermarket and bread shop quite close by too. The host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We were met on arrival and even given a number we could call out of hours, should we have needed support. This was very reassuring. We had some difficulty at first getting in to the flat and, therefore, logged on to the flat wifi as our phone data didn't work in the common areas. Overall, we were very happy.

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.
