The owners were in touch with us at all times, before, during and after our stay, providing us with precise instructions and local recommendations. Unlike other automatic check-in processes, the keys are handed over by the owners, which was a bonus for us. As for the apartment, it has all the amenities listed. With brand-new furniture, an excellent layout, very tasteful decor, and all the amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The location is on a street full of restaurants in the Barrio de Letras. We stayed for a Saturday night, and this in no way prevented us from resting. It's close to all the tourist attractions and metro stations. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The apartment is in a very good location, in the centre of all the attractions, so we can walk to the attractions in the direction of the Prado Museum, the attractions in the direction of the Royal Palace of Madrid, and the attractions in the direction of the Plaza de España.The apartment is very close to Sun Gate Square, where you can find the British Embassy and a Zara store.There were enough condiments in the apartment, and we made dinner in there. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby, so there's a lot of choice. Of course, it might be a bit noisy in the evening, but it didn't affect us much. The host is very nice, responds very quickly, and can resolve any issues in a timely manner.

It is a great place and right in the center. Because of this you should though also expect some noise like garbage pick up in the middle of the night and from bars and restaurants but nothing major at all. I was there for work and the place fit my needs very well. Clean and great location. Host was also very responsive. I would stay there again!

The flat is in a convenient location, within walking distance of all the most popular attractions such as the Prado, the Royal Palace, the Reina Sofía Museum, Plaza Mayor, etc. The flat is small but functional, tidy and clean, with an excellent shower and comfortable mattresses. The owners are very attentive to guests, even sending recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The only thing that left us a bit puzzled was the request for €30 to leave our suitcases in the flat until 1:00 p.m. (check-out is at 11:00 a.m.). Otherwise, I would definitely recommend the apartment.

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
