The apartment was in a great location - very central, very close to the metro, in a great neighborhood with lots of activity -- but no city noise in the apartment at night! It was spacious with enough room for our group of 7, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was top-notch. It's on the fifth floor of the building, with a four-person elevator. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked (but we didn't do a ton of cooking), and there was plenty of seating for our whole group. Great stay!

We were VERY comfortable in the apartment! It is very spacious, comfortable and is located in a quiet community. The rooms are spacious (although there is quite a difference between the largest and the smallest, but this is still practical and with high ceilings that help give a feeling of spaciousness). In addition, there was a long table in the living room that could easily fit 8 people, which we loved and was very useful. If there is a "but", it would be that the Wi-Fi signal did not reach some rooms very well, but it is a minor issue. On the other hand, the hosts' directions were very abundant and super helpful (both to get there, places in the area, etc.).

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Madrid with our whole family. The place is big, very clean, and absolutely beautiful—perfectly comfortable for a large family like ours. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location is a solid 5/5 since it’s right in the center of Madrid, making it very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. A very special thank you to Marta, who is an amazing host—kind, responsive, and very thoughtful. She truly made us feel welcome. Also, many thanks to Guia (hope I spelled it correctly!) for meeting us during check-in and making the arrival smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Marta and Enrique’s place! The Airbnb is in a great location, close to the city centre but we did not have any noise at night and it felt private and secure. The apartment looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 7, with 3 showers and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Marta and Enrique were very easy to contact and provided very detailed instructions to check in and throughout our stay. They accommodated us with a number of requests. I would highly recommend staying here in Madrid!

The house is impeccable, even better than the photographs, close to everything, metro stop next door, Atocha is a short walk away, you don't hear any noise and the beds are super super comfortable! Something so important to rest after walking all day...! The main square is a stone's throw away, Gran Via, etc., very central, we were very comfortable, the house has everything! Our family of 5 adults/2 children stayed at Marta y Enrique’s for 4 nights. Perfect layout for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. GREAT place to stay! Easy walk to the Palace, Prado, Plazas, metro, safe and great restaurants; a grocery store is literally across the street. Looks just like the photos, clean and beds are comfortable. Cold A/C and elevator worked perfectly. Marta was very attentive and responded right away to any question. We asked Marta to push the two twin beds together prior to our arrival and that worked perfectly for a couple. One thing to be aware of is that Spain, like other countries, requires hosts to collect passport info of all guests and submit to the police (this is also required by hotels) for safety and knowing who is coming/going into the country and for hosts to remain licensed. I would be cautious of any host who is NOT collecting guest passport info as that is against the law. This was our first time renting abroad and Marta’ place is excellent.

The location is perfect, we walked to the main tourist attractions. The hosts were always available and with the best disposition. We came to Madrid to unwind with my family of 6 after walking the Camino de Santiago. This property was an excellent place to spend a few days with our group due to its spaciousness and vibrant location. Madrid was in the 90's during our stay, but the A/C did an excellent job keeping us comfortable. The location couldn't be better. We were able to access all the important sites by walking as well as using the metro. The list of businesses, markets, and restaurants in the surrounding area was extensive. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The place is more spacious than it seems in photos ! Location is really great, easy walking distance to lots of things, especially for first-time visitors. Very prompt and clear communication too. Excellent and responsive communication. Marta very kindly let us check in early as we arrived much earlier than checkin. She also allowed us a later checkout. The hosts were very accommodating and couldn't do enough to help- they even booked both of our transfers to and from the airport. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and well equipped. It is clean and beautifully furnished. We had breakfast here every morning. There are several grocery stores within 5 mins walk. The location is perfect for plaza mayor and the palace. All in all we were extremely impressed with this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to return again.

This apartment in Madrid was perfect for our family of 5. It is centrally located and walkable to many locations- La Latina neighborhood, Huertas, Plaza Mayor and the Plaza Sol- to name a few. The Mercado Anton Martin is within a 3 minute walk and has great food options at a more local market. Transportation is easily accessible with the Metro being less than one block away. The apartment looks just like the photos and Marta and Enrique were always available. I would be happy to return on any future trips.

Great place. I would start again. It is in the heart of Madrid, but very very quiet inside of the flat. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have no issues. Our party of 4 adults and 2 children fit comfortably in the space. Minor issues that were not a big deal: there was an ant issue in the kitchen, and one toilet seat was broken. Easy fixes. Overall, we had a great stay and the electronic key worked great.

Amazing hosts who met us at the house and made sure we were well settled. Checked in daily with recommendations for good restaurants and fun things to do. The apartment is the best appointed of any we have stayed at and perfectly fit our family of 6. Close to most everything you’d want to do in Centro Madrid including the botanical garden, the Prafo, Palacio Real, and the Mercado de San Miguel. We would love to come back!!

This was a perfectly located apartment. We could walk anywhere or get on the metro or get a cab/uber. Endless bars/restaurants within 15 min walk. Apartment was quiet inside for sleeping despite all the nightlife in the area. Grocery store across the street. The apartment was very spacious and clean with all the amenities I would expect. Marta was great, responsive, and super easy to communicate with. As is typical in Europe, the beds are rather small so just be prepared for that. Also, bring your own shampoo/conditioner. We had an amazing stay and loved, loved this location. Thank you Marta!

The apartment is spacious, has the kitchen and integrated living room, which allows a legal interaction. We were a large family with a baby and we found in this space a place to be with a family and get to know the city. The showers have plenty of water pressure, the beds are good enough, the kitchen had everything needed to make simple food. The district is central, easy to walk, has a subway station 5 minutes walking and a market exactly in front of the gate, which makes it much easier. It has an elevator, which helps a lot when you travel with a lot of suitcases like our case. The host, Adolfo, we received in person and was very kind, helped even get some of our bags up. 😊 Marta responded quickly and cordially to all our questions. Recommended.

All super clean and clear inside the apartment. Even though the arrival was a bit complex, Martha was very friendly and her service system was quick and sorted out super fast. Our stay was great! The apartment was very spacious and the layout was great for our family of 7. We loved that there were 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus the washer was a bonus! One bedroom does not have A/C but when we asked for a fan, they went out to buy one for us the same day. Walkable distance to just about all local sights in Madrid. Marta Y Enrique’s place is a gem and we highly recommend :)

Our family of five had a great stay at Marta’s. Very happy with the location (two blocks from Plaza Santa Ana, 10 min walk to many main sights). The apartment is large, super clean, and comfortable. My (hard to impress) mother in law was impressed by the quality of linens and furniture. Temperatures were close to 100 degrees during our visit and the AC worked well. The place is a true gem! You cannot beat the location, literally right in the middle of everything. Every restaurant from top notch to casual within 10 min walk. Same about landmarks. 20 min walk farest. Apartment is VERY spacious. Surprisingly as pictured. Last floor, private, clean, cozy, has all you need, including elevator and AC. Grocery shops across the street. Hosts are amazing, all instructions given way ahead, met us at the door, showed everything, were asking if we are fine. One thing to note: in one bedroom shower cabin and sinks are in the room. Toilet is behind the door though and private. So overall - one of the best places we ever rented, only positive impression. Marta was an excellent host; being incredibly communicative through out the whole process and even enabled an early check in which was super useful as I was coming straight from the airport. Checked in with us during our stay as well, and was very clear with instructions around the place itself and the surrounding area. One minor thing to highlight - the wifi was good whilst I was the only one staying in the AirBnB but once my friends arrived, we found it hard to work off the same network, and so I was having to use my data, or use a co-working space, so just something to note if you're looking at this place for more of a work stay rather than a personal stay. However, this didn't take away from the 5 star experience delivered by Marta. Thank you Marta, had a wonderful time.

A spacious quaint apartment in a very traditional building with lots of wood features. The apartment is large with all the facilities one requires. All rooms have wardrobes and the bathrooms were good. The AC works well. The master bedroom has an open shower cubicle so the room door needs to be closed. Marta and her team were very responsive to any questions or issues. This is an apartment which I would recommend without any hesitation.

Location was perfect. A short walk to Plaza Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol. Plenty of restaurants and a short taxi ride to the train station for side trips. The apartment was very quiet at night. Other apartments we have stayed at in the past have had a lot of noise at night and this apartment was so quiet. It did heat up near the end of our stay, so having air conditioning was wonderful! Also having a lift was much appreciated since a couple members in our group were over 80 and struggle with more than a single flight of steps. We would recommend this apartment to others.

This place has 4 bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. Good common spaces with bedrooms way down the hall, to be alone and read for a while. One common bathroom and two other full ensuite bathrooms. We cooked so the kitchen was relatively well stocked, workable. Could use a bread knife. All good appliances. The place is really convenient to the subway and well situated to just walk everywhere. Nice natural light. Comfy beds. Very responsive host.

Much wider than it looks in the pictures, he told of everything - even better is his location next to almost all the iconic emblems of the city. This apartment was lovely and ideal for our large family of 3 adults and 4 children (one baby). They had a travel crib and had it set up and waiting. The linens were fresh and the apartment was comfortable and beautiful. Hosts are thoughtful and responsive and even helped arrange taxi service for us. Amazing apartment. My family stayed, including children. The place is near museums, Retiro Park, Plaza de Santa Ana, the Atocha train station, and more. The apartment is as described. There is not much of a view, but the place is so quiet, it is nice to be able to sleep after a long day. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was nice having three bathrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I recommend venturing North of Calle de Magdelena as, walking South feels a little less exciting. We dined at Los Carboneras tablao for a flamenco experience, which was great.

When the hosts suggest that it's best to park and walk your stuff over then listen to them 😂. We tried to park 3 times in front of the apartment only to have a bus behind us honking every single time!!! It's nutso how massive buses ply these tiny streets! The other hiccup we had was the elevator conked out during our visit. I was traveling with a senior who was unable to handle the stairs so unfortunately had to cut our stay short by a couple of days. Luckily found a hotel and host refunded our unused days promptly. Excellent location, wish we'd been able to stay for the entire visit.

We had a little trouble accessing the apartment door when we first arrived but that was quickly resolved by host. There was also a leakage (to our neighbor below, not concerning us though) during our stay but that was also quickly resolved by host without affecting our program. Overall we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the apartment which is exactly as described. The apartment is also located at a convenient area walking distance to many restaurants. There is also grocery store right opposite the main entrance of the apartment. Thank you Marta.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marta and Arturo's. They were always very communicative since the beginning and responded very quickly. Location was easy to find, and they had someone greet us on arrival. The elevator, unfortunately, was not working, which, of course, is not their fault, but just prepare for a good leg workout if it is not working. The unlocking and locking of the door gets a little to get used to, but easy to learn. Apartment was also located at an area right by the Metro and some good restaurants near by. The apartment waa very spacious and had great closet space. Definitely recommend staying here! Great hosts

This is a lovely apartment with lots of space for a big family. The area is lively and central for all the best attractions in the town. There's a supermarket directly opposite. We had a lovely time and Marta was very attentive. One thing to mention - the apartment is 4 flights of stairs up and the lift wasn't working. Marta's son helped carry up the luggage and everything was fine for us, but in case anybody has mobility issues, it would be good to check the lift has been repaired.

This is a beautiful apartment, very homey and luxurious. Location is peaceful and not as crowded as many others. You do have a walk or taxi to the Old City and some events, but it was worth it being in a less crowded area. Marta's son greeted us and showed us everything. No problems at all. Also had a toothache and Marta helped me find a dentist and responded to any communication promptly. Extremely conformable. You''l be very satisfied.

Marta’s apartment is in an amazing location, very centrally located and close to Sol metro (~8 minute walk). There are 2 convenience stores on the same street. Chose the area because it seemed accessible to all the main sites and we were right. We were able to walk to pretty much all the attractions, great choice of bars and restaurants nearby and felt comfortable in the local area. The whole experience from booking the apartment to leaving was great. Marta and Arturo helped with all our queries. A little express grocery is right across the street and perfect for snacks. The apartment is very comfortable and chic. The architecture of the building is so beautiful. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It has plenty of linens and kitchen things but also plenty of space to put your things. In spite of being on a busy street, the unit has little to no street noise. It is by far one of the best of the many places I have stayed at. Bedroom one is a double with a 3/4 bath. Bedroom two has a queen, a shower and sink in the room and a toilet with a door. Bed three is twins. Bed four is a twin/trundle. There is a 3/4 bath in the hall. The living room and kitchen are big and comfortable. There is an elevator and AC. Nice and clean and relaxing. One of the really good Air BNBs! And we walked to everything. Excellent.

We walked to so many spots from this location and found that most times, it was FASTER walking than using the car share services. There are no shortages of bars, restaurants, theaters and souvenir stores etc in area. We felt safe. Loved the unique inside wooden steps leading up to the apartment. The elevator was a PLUS! What a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful and very central to bars, restaurants, shopping and trains. Everything was walkable-About a 10 min walk to San Miguel market, less than 5 mins to the Metro and about 15 min walk to the rail incase you want to venture out of Madrid. Marta + Arturo checked in on us, they were very warm, responsive and very accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean. Lovely +well maintained, cozy furnishings. We were a group of 3 couples and there was plenty of space to congregate and hang out. We didn’t want for anything. Highly recommend this apartment!

The check-in was very easy and uncomplicated, the location is perfect in the center near the Plaza Mayor and the apartment has everything you need. We were five here, but for up to 8 people, the apartment would still be large enough. We were really pleased with the accommodation!

This apartment is massive; our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, and the showers are incredible--seriously fantastic water pressure and no issues with hot water. Apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is a small elevator. (The smooth, tilted wooden stairs are worth a climb or two, though!) We arrived via train and should have just walked to the apartment; our taxi driver got turned around & then got stuck in a massive traffic jam, so we wasted way too much time. It's a .7mile uphill walk to the apartment from the train station, but it's not so steep that it's unmanageable, even with luggage. As others have said, the apt door is a little funky to get out of, but once you get the hang of it, it's all good. Only con: it took us until the last night to figure out how to turn OFF the heat. I'm certain we could have contacted Marta to find out the answer, but we honestly forgot about it during the day (inferno heat came on auto each night).

Great location within walking distance of all major attractions. The apartment was very comfortable for 3 couples, as each couple had their own bathroom. Lounge and kitchen are was very large which made it easier to socialise in the morning and evening. We had a wonderful visit at the apartment of Arturo and Marta. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and in a great location. The air conditioning was very appreciated given the very hot weather. Having a bed from for each of us and 4 bathrooms made for a good way to start our trip and rest up after jet lag. Marta and Arturo were gracious hosts. Check in was easy and Arturo arranged for us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check in given that our flight arrived in the morning. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. A lovely cool place to return to in the heat of the day and within an easy to walk to many of the main visitor attractions such as the Prado, Palacio, Park and Plaza Mayor. Arturo was very helpful and I can say his restaurant suggestions were excellent.

The apartment is located in the centre of the city, so you can reach the main sights in no time. Getting there by car is a bit of a hassle as there are hardly any parking spaces and the car parks are quite expensive. The apartment itself is very spacious, bright and clean. The key collection also worked without any problems. Communication with the host went smoothly.

Wonderful apartment in a great location - close to a metro stop and minutes from Plaza Mayor. Two moms with college sons on Spring Break in Madrid. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved having a larger family room to decompress after a day of site-seeing. One set of keys (with the blue remote) works much better on the doors than the second set. I would stay here again.

Marta and Gereardo's place was perfect for our family of seven. The location is centrally located to many shops, restaurants, bars, attractions and transportation. We arrived via train at the Puerta de Atocha station and it was a short simple walk to the apartment. Communication was great from booking through check out. The apartment is modern and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Photos online are accurate. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Great location, which allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment is huge, with three full bathrooms, and located in the back of a building, so little to no street noise. The Antón Martín metro is down the street with a market across the street.

The apartment is incredibly quiet, which is not easy to find in Madrid! We had a small baby and that was super important to us! The location is still great, very central with a supermarket right across the street. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we brought. The kitchen is very modern and 3 bathrooms were also pure luxury! The host Marta always answered us super quickly and was also very friendly and organised a taxi for us at the airport.

We had a fantastic time at Marta’s flat. It was classy, it was confortable, it was clean, and it was located in one of our favourite areas of Madrid. Also, the in-built AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave we had this year and the WiFi worked really well to let us work a few days from there. Added to all that Marta was super responsive any time we needed anything and made sure we felt welcome and our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend and will go again :)

Outstanding. Lots of room, so everybody can choose to be together in the large common areas or have some "alone time" in a bedroom. Everything just works as it should—washer, showers, kitchen appliances—making for a very unstressed stay and the air conditioning had no trouble dealing with several days in a row of 38 celcius daily highs. Location is fabulous. Around a 15 minute walk to the Prado, Reina Sofia, and Thyssen museums, the Retiro park, or Plaza Mayor. Nearest Metro station is 2 minutes away and there are dozens of restaurants in a 10 minute radius.

We stayed here with my mobility challenged mother. There is a European-sized elevator which worked well and made it easy for her to access the apartment. Taxi's drove by the front frequently; we rarely waited more than 45 seconds. Within easy walking distance to all of Centro. Quiet location. We cooked quite a bit in the apartment, and it had all of the amenities we needed. To summarize; a great place to stay.

Marta's apartment is excellent and definitely a 5* place. Though in an older building, it has been remodeled and finished with modern features - hidden cabinets/refrigerator - new modern sinks, faucets, bathrooms, showers. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates a family with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It rained several days in Madrid - the apt even had umbrellas available. The location is fantastic - within walking distance of most major plazas, like Mayor and Sol. Great restaurants are within a 5-10 minute easy stroll. Dia market with fresh produce is across the street. Coffee shops, little bars, bakery shops are on Calle Magdalena not far to walk. Marta was an excellent host - she responded quickly and easily to all questions or requests - helping us to navigate Madrid and offering suggestions on other cities to visit. She and her husband were delightful in every way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Marta Y Kike... it was a great visit.

This is one of the best airbnb experiences we've had. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, home-like, warm (it was freezing outside), and amazingly quiet. It was such a comfort to get there each evening, after a day of walking. The space is huge, with three bathrooms, so there's a lot of privacy for each guest. The location is incredible! we bought a metro card and didn't use it once, because we walked everywhere. There's a grocery shop right across the street for basic supplies, and a Lidl supermarket a few minutes away. The Prado museum and El Retiro park are within easy walking distance, and the neighborhood is lovely. It's an amazing apartment! I highly recommend it.

Street work should now be complete but really was not an issue for noise etc. Apartment is on 5th floor, but there is a tiny lift so the 5 of us tended to use both stairs and lift depending on energy level during our stay .... book it !

This was one of our favorite apartments on a recent trip through Spain. It’s in a good central location yet is quiet and peaceful once inside. There is some construction going on on the street, but that may have actually reduced the noise levels since there’s isn’t any street traffic. The apartment has a great layout and was super functional for our group of 6 adults. Highly recommended and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

The house is still quite large, but we just fixed the road when we checked in, and the water pipe burst downstairs, and there was no water to wash. The group waited until noon the next day, the host didn't care or provided a solution, and told us to come for half an hour. In the end, we had to change the place.Overall, the host is more indifferent and the house is not good value for money.We stayed in a better location nearby for a better price.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful apartment! Our family of 6 (from Seattle) visited Madrid for several days, and we really enjoyed our stay at Marta's apartment! I would strongly recommend this Airbnb rental if you are a group of 5-6 people--particularly if you are visiting outside of the hottest months (July-Aug) when the AC barely keeps up. Great: -Communication from Marta and Lisi (hosts) was authentic, and helpful from even before check-in. We did have some messaging issues, but Marta helped sort them out and was super helpful. -Apartment is big, clean, modern, and beautiful, with all the amenities (except a clothes dryer). -Location is terrific, close to restaurants, plazas and museums. -Top floor location was surprisingly great. Even though we had to take a slow elevator to the 5th floor (it fits 3-4 people max), the sound proofing windows kept noise to a minimum, and we never heard our neighbors, which made for good sleep. -The apartment complex had a locked door which meant it was nicely secure. Not So Great: -Smelled like dead fish. We assumed it was just chemicals because it had just been cleaned. But upon opening the refrigerator, we were overwhelmed with horrible dead fish smell. We notified Marta, and she had housekeeping come and clean it, but it took 2 days due to a communication issue with the Airbnb messaging system. I understand that this kind of thing happens, but the hosts or the cleaners should have detected the smell and cleaned this before we got there. -The air conditioning was weak. It was over 100 F when we were there, and we had the AC on high with the coldest setting the entire time, and it never really got cool in the apartment. In fact, in a couple of rooms where there were no AC vents, the rooms were uncomfortably warm at night. If you are from the US and used to central air, you will be disappointed. If you are visiting outside the hottest months, the AC will probably be sufficient. Ultimately all of us agreed that this Airbnb was a good find, and besides the smelly refrigerator and weak AC during a heat wave, it was a great place to stay for a good value. We travel frequently, and the next time we're in Madrid, we will not hesitate to book this venue with Marta and Lisi. Four stars given the small issues, but I fully expect a 5 star experience next time.

I stayed at this apartment twice in the last 6 months. It is beautifully renovated, spacious and very clean. The beds and showers are also very good - especially as compared to a typical European hotel room! The apartment management was kind enough to arrange for very reasonably priced airport transfers. The driver spoke English and was very patient when our luggage was temporarily lost when we arrived at the Madrid airport. I recommend taking advantage of this amenity!

I stayed here with my daughters (all adults) for 3 days. We had a great stay. The apartmemt is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The location is great if you want to explore on foot and is also a quick stroll away from public transport if you prefer that. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Nice, new and well-kept apartment in the heart of Madrid. The main squares and monuments are all within a maximum of 15-20 minutes' walk. There are also many clubs and restaurants in the area to eat at all hours. The house is very well stocked and equipped for every eventuality: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and complete kitchen set. Also worth noting the cleanliness and order we found, in addition to the kindness of those who explained all the various features to us. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by an oversight that lowers the final rating. A paid shuttle service to and from the airport by van is also offered with the rental. We, having a 6-month-old baby and the stroller, requested it before our arrival both for the outbound and for the return, it is also remembered when we arrived. A few hours before leaving Madrid, under my request when I had not received any indication for the return, we were informed that no vans would be available for the return. This despite the fact that our booking had been made several days in advance. At our next request for help to find an alternative solution at the last minute, we received neither a reply nor an apology for the inconvenience. An attitude that stained the entire experience and made us feel pretty bad because we felt left to ourselves just because at the end of the stay.

This is a huge, beautiful apartment that is very well decorated and extremely comfortable. We really felt at home and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and the hosts very responsive. It is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator that works fine.

Wow. This is THE place to stay in Madrid. Central location can walk to all the sites. The appt itself is amazing...easily fit our family of seven. Great space for hanging out and having three bathrooms is deluxe. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very attentive and communicated quickly. Had one minor issue with washing machine that was addressed immediately! Highest recommendation.

I absolutely loved how this apartment is decorated. It is so colorful and cheerful. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning and be surrounded by such beautiful artwork. We were greeted in person and given a map and given loads of suggestions on what to see and do as it was our first time in Madrid. The young lady who checked us in was so helpful and kind. The apartment was up a few levels and there is an elevator, so no worries about having to carry your luggage up. If you do decide to take the stairs, they are very easy to manage with a low pitch and made out of beautiful wood. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. I especially liked that while it is conveniently located in the city, it was exceptionally quiet and we all had a good nights rest. Directly across the street is a market and a few minutes walk is a nice bakery to get some coffee and pastries in the morning. This is a very spacious apartment, there is ample room to enjoy the living room or kitchen without feeling crowded. It was certainly a pleasure staying in this apartment and I would love to return again.

Lisi’s place was fantastic! Close to everything and the place was huge, more than comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The place was sparking clean and it looks even better than in pictures. Communication was easy and Lisi was very helpful to help us make arrangements for our airport transfer and a restaurant reservation. No complaints at all and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Will return to this accommodation if we visit Madrid again.

Marta’s apartment was absolutely the best apartment we stayed in during our travels thru Spain and Portugal. The apartment was clean, stylish, and perfectly appointed with 4 separate bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, with loads of extras that made our stay very comfortable. We stayed 3 night at Marta`s place. It´s a super central, stylish and spacious apartment (even better than you would expect having the pictures in mind). Marta welcomed us cordially and recommended some bars and pubs around the place and explained every detail of the flat. Our stay at the apartment was great! It’s a huge space and well maintained. Everything is as it looks in the pictures. We were met my Lisi at check-in and she was absolutely awesome. Gave us a rundown of the most see things as well as a list of great recommendations for places to eat. Communication was great before and during our stay. We had no issues whatsoever, but they were still nice enough to check in on us. Great location, walking distance to plenty of sights. Metro is a block away. Good places to eat nearby. Very baby friendly. Next time in Madrid, this is our spot. Highly recommend to anyone.

Apartment was great. Very clean and appointed well. We had everything we needed and hosts were very nice and responsive. Check in was awesome and the first place we stayed at where the person checking you in spent more than 5 min with you and weren’t rushing us. They Gave great recommendations around the city for places to visit and restaurants. Even helped us in recommending we download the MyTaxi app for transport around city. It worked great and similar to Uber. 2 bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom and another bathroom in the hall outside the 3rd bedroom gave each of us privacy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Just returned from a fantastic trip here with 3 family members. The first thing I noticed about the apartment was that it was much bigger then I expected and would have comfortably fit 8 people plus, with enough space to all sit around both the table and the living area. This is something I often find a lot of places don't offer. I loved the wardrobes in the bedrooms, giving me plenty of room to hang my clothes. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool, the beds were comfortable and washing facilities were perfect. The location was very central and we were given some helpful information at check in. I enjoyed every minute of the time in both Madrid and the apartment. I cant think of anything else I could suggest to make the stay any better. Thanks again.

Very nice apartment, we were very comfortable in it, it has a modern and very complete kitchen. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the hosts took very good care of us. What a great place to stay in Madrid. This was one of the best AirBnB I've stayed at. Marta and her husband kept in contact with me prior to arrival. On the day of, she met me at the apt and gave us lots of tips on what to do. We took her suggestion and did a day trip to Toledo. Location was super convenient.. market across the street, metro is about 4 min walk, 15 mins to all the main tourist attraction by foot, also 15 min walk to Atocha train station. We were a group of six friends and stayed here comfortably. Thank you !!

Nice woman who responds quickly to your questions via Whatsapp. Apartment was neat and very clean, centrally located in the city with everything within walking distance and the metro station 200 meters away. The apartment was well laid out, with great showers and beds. It was as advertised. It was also exceptionally quiet, with most of the rooms facing an inner courtyard. This rental is ideally located in Madrid for people arriving or departing by train. It is equidistant from the Prado, the Palacio Real and the train station, and equally convenient to the amazing tapas restaurants on Calle Cava Baja. Although conveniently located also to the metro, we never took the metro, preferring to walk the 15-20 minutes from the station. The actual street on which the rental is located is nothing special - residential - but across the street from several markets.

Marta's flat is very comfortable and lovely, clean and well designed, and everything you need is provided. The apartment is perfect for relaxing with friend after a day of sightseeing. Everything was perfect! Marta was very nice and available to welcome us and answer any questions we had. She suggested many nice places to eat and helped us to transport to return to the airport. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in Marta 's place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Madrid. This apartment and Marta made our stay in Madrid even more beautiful!

The house is perfect for 6 people. It's all new and has all the details. It is very spacious, which allows you to be very comfortable, fulfilling our goal.
