This two-storey apartment offers a spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped environment for temporary stays in Madrid. With capacity for 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which allows a very organised coexistence with total privacy.
The bed layout includes 1 double bed and 4 single beds, strategically distributed to accommodate different types of groups.
The space
One of the bedrooms is on the upper floor, equipped with two single beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for those who prefer a more independent space.
On the lower floor are the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with their own bathroom and comfortable rest area.
The building has a lift and the apartment, facing quiet interior areas, offers a suitable atmosphere for resting, studying, teleworking or carrying out any activity related to seasonal stays.
It includes free WiFi, air conditioning and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
The apartment is designed with functionality, independence and space utilisation in mind.
The lower floor includes the common area, the kitchen and two of the bedrooms with private bathroom, which facilitates the daily organisation of the group without the need to share a bathroom.
The upper floor offers a more private bedroom, perfect for those who need more peace and quiet or want a separate sleeping area from the rest of the group. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, providing an additional touch of comfort.

This apartment is rented exclusively as a seasonal rental, intended for stays motivated by work, studies, medical reasons, removals, house hunting or family visits.
Tourist or holiday use is not allowed.
To formalise the stay, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal lease (art. 3.2 LAU), which will state the reasons for the stay, the basic conditions and the identity of the main tenant.
As platforms such as Airbnb do not provide official documentation, a valid ID or passport will be requested for online signature.
This property does not offer hotel services and is strictly regulated under current holiday rental regulations.

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.
