This home was beautifully located with a view of Lake Como, the rooms were very comfortable, plenty of room to lounge around if that is what you wanted to do, the deck views were incredible, big plus the room we had was down stairs, there was an elevator up and down and while I did not need it when I arrived, I did after a fall and twisted my ankle so I was very grateful for that! Everything else was wonderful the host was very responsive if needed them but we did not.. if you plan to walk to town which is doable I would say driving is easier except parking in town is difficult go early. Know white parking spaces are free, blue parking is paid parking..

A really cute apartment with a great view! It was really clean and quiet at night, perfect for a relaxing stay! The host answered so quick and was really helpful! Would come here again. Just keep in mind that it is hard to walk up, so definitely come with a car!

We stayed for 5 nights and had the best time ever (I wish we stayed longer)! The views from the balcony are really breathtaking, the house is clean, relaxing and has everything you need! I would highly recommend booking this house and you will be guaranteed a good stay. Only downside is the hills to get to the house (I would recommend hiring a car, there are only 5 taxi drivers in Menaggio), it was good for getting some steps in to burn off the food and wine…otherwise everything else was 10/10. I would love to stay here again.

The flat is great, very nice, well equipped, exactly as shown in the photos, and with a magnificent view. The check-in process is very clear, and My home in Como is responsive. Everything went very well; we would recommend it +++

Friendly and professional hosts, clear instructions. Place was tidy with lots of spare towels, pillows and blankets. Bed, sofa bed and sofa were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked up with kitchenware and utensils. 4 water bottles provided in fridge on arrival. Heating/air con easy to control. Washing machine was handy also. They have a dishwasher too. Only minor issue was the lockbox which we had difficulty opening when checking in and checking out, but this was communicated during check out and we put the key in letterbox instead of lock box. The views from the balcony are stunning and we would definitely recommend staying here we had a lovely trip :)

Really beautiful apartment, cared for in every detail and super cozy: you can see that there is attention and taste in everything. Super positive note: the view of the lake and mountains in front of your eyes is spectacular both during the day and in the evening. The host also deserves a special mention: very kind, helpful and always ready for any clarification, with quick and precise answers. Impeccable experience, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this place. The lake view was stunning. The flat was warm, comfortable, modern, and spotless, with an excellent heating system and air conditioning throughout. The flat was fully equipped. Shops and bakeries are nearby, and the private parking spot was very convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and flexible, with clear instructions and helpful local restaurant recommendations. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this place.

Great apartment, however, the hill can be difficult, especially with luggage or at night time. Perhaps not as much to do in Menaggio compared to other areas around the lake

We really enjoyed our stay in Menaggio and only wish we could stay longer to enjoy this air bnb. The view was amazing from the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo overlooking Lake Como. A bit of a hike to get here by foot (with luggage) but well worth it. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Very quiet area. Away from tourists. Easy to come home and relax. Large, spacious, clean. Would definitely stay here again.

An amazing apartment in a fantastic location, 15 min walk down the mountain from the main square of Menaggio and absolutely stunning views of the lake and opposite mountains. The host was fantastic too helping us check in promptly and sent extremely clear instructions and brilliant recommendations of the surrounding area Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lake Como!

We had three great days in Mennagio. the accommodation is very beautiful, rather well located and especially with a magnificent view. Thank you so much for these moments! We had two small points to highlight, we have to go early from the check-in to the agency which is in Como (thankfully it was on our way) and we were not able to enjoy the pool because only open in summer (June,July and August).

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was delightful, with amazing view, equipped with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The only downside was that the jacuzzi outside was closed in April. Other than that, everything was perfect!

When we go on vacation, beyond a T-shirt, a decorative vasito or a magnet for the fridge door, we take our memories of our experience, our experiences, what will remain in our memory forever and that will nourish our spirit, taking a smile every time our mind takes us back to this place. And the smile that our wonderful experience with the "My Home In Como" family will always be gigantic and permanent. And let's that I'm picky when I'm looking for where to host my family! I am always looking for the best: Safety, cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, familiarity and of course, a nice place to rest... in short, that feeling of being at home. And in the case of Bel Sit, it didn't disappoint us at all, it far exceeded our expectations and gave us a SPECTACULAR vacation. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, we will repeat when the opportunity arises again. Thank you!!
