The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, ensuring you start your day on the right note. The kitchen and living area are thoughtfully combined, creating a cohesive space for relaxation and culinary endeavors. In the kitchen, you'll find all the amenities you need, including an oven, a gas stove, a kettle, a Nespresso machine for your coffee cravings, a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, and a fridge to store your groceries.
From the living area, there is a window with a lake view, as well as a small balcony. The sofa bed will accommodate two extra guests, perfect for kids.

Guest access

You will need to take stairs to access the apartment. If you do not have a car, mobility is required to walk to the property from downtown Menaggio.
It is strongly advised to have a car for your convenience, preferably a small one. The property has a private parking space that you will find immediately on the left after entering the property gate.
