I visited Lake Como to celebrate my 30th birthday, and staying at this home made the experience truly magical. I genuinely didn’t want to leave—I could wake up to that view every single day. Sitting on the patio each morning and taking in the scenery completely took my breath away. The host was fantastic, providing clear check-in instructions and a thoughtful guest book filled with helpful information. Communication was quick and responsive throughout. Before booking, I had some concerns about how walkable the location was to the center of Menaggio based on other reviews, but the host made it incredibly easy by sharing detailed directions (with photos) through the neighborhood, avoiding the main road. The home is about a 20 min walk to the ferry station. The restaurant recommendations were also spot-on and made choosing where to eat easy. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home. I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Como! The flat was just like the listing; the bedding and towels were very good. We slept very well, with a comfortable temperature, good beds and the sound of birds. The only point people need to be aware of is that there is a short flight of steps to access the flat, and the access road to the property can be dangerous to walk on, especially if you have children or people with mobility difficulties. We were travelling by car, our child was 3 years old, and everything was great. We appreciated the kindness of you leaving us useful items for our stay, such as face towels, olive oil, salt, coffee, kitchen roll, and washing powder and washing-up liquid. We would definitely come back!!

This is a great and modern apartment. The balcony view to Lake Como is just everything! We had a car, so getting in and out was convenient. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

The location is great, especially if you're driving; I liked everything; beautiful views from the terrace; 2 bathrooms, which is very convenient; a fully equipped kitchen. Occasionally, the Wi-Fi didn't work well.

This truly beautiful apartment boasts breathtaking views of the lake and beyond. It’s conveniently located a short downhill walk from the town where you can also catch a ferry to other lakeside towns. The two-storey apartment worked well for us to relax upstairs in the evenings after our child went to bed

My Home in Como Team was great, we stayed at Bella Vita Apt and the place look clean, Organized and almost new, with floor heating system it’s ideal for winter vacation. There was also welcome items available which we find very nice for those who come late or haven’t done any shopping. The instructions for the place were very easy and the host was reachable and responded within minutes. The view was amazing and the town was only 5 min drive. There was parking available right on front of the entrance. The place was in very good conditions, modern kitchen and bathrooms. All the amenities were in excellent conditions and had everything we needed it and felt right away like home. We recommend My Home in Como and Look forward to stay there again. We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved it - highly recommended! The location is fantastic with beautiful and serene views. The house itself was perfect, everything new and spotless. It was very spacious and kid's friendly, kids were so much in love with the space upstairs. The only drawback was that walking to the property meant using the main road, which has heavy traffic and no pedestrian path, making it tricky with kids. We ended up taking a taxi back each day to avoid this.

The view from here is what you are looking for. You can see for miles. Of the units in this complex this one has the best view. Has an upper and lower deck. We had breakfast out on the deck the last day. It’s a 5 minute drive to town for groceries or restaurants/shopping. The ferry from here goes to either Bellagio or Verenna. We took our car and it’s only 10 minutes across. You can also walk down to town in about 15 minutes if you desire. The unit is fairly new and very well constructed and super secure with steel doors of the high security type. Kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to cook and it has a washer and dryer also. The upstairs has a very comfortable futon or 2 as well as the 2 queen downstairs. Mini splits in every room even though they were turned off for fall. There is little wind on the deck so you don’t really get cold even when it’s in the 50’s at night.

This space was amazing and so close to the center of Menaggio. The views were breathtaking and had more than enough room to fit everyone. Check in was extremely easy and great for those that decide to rent a car since there is a dedicated parking spot.

This was our first time in the Lake Como area so we were taking a gamble on the location but it turns out this is one of the most convenient. The apartment is brand new, spacious and light. There's a great terrace and the view, the VIEW! is magnificent. Worth every penny and we can unhesitatingly recommend. We had a car though and I don't think this location would work well if you didn't.

The internet was very spotty at best. Only the upstairs maintained a pretty regular signal . Downstairs internet in spite of multiple ORBI stations being placed in and moved about to improve signals NEVER really worked. Very frustrating as the downstairs TV is tied to the internet and never got it working while the upstairs TV worked fine. The location and view are excellent: Its a nice place just hard to find and poor internet reliability.

This a very lovely place to stay if you plan on staying in Menaggio. The views at this place is breathtaking! Very clean, spacious, and you can tell there was a lot of thought behind the design of this place. If you plan on staying here I definitely would plan to have a car or taxi service to take you up to the Airbnb. You could walk but it is a very steep hill and the road is very rocky. Not an easy walk with luggage. The other option is to take the C112 bus but that usually stops running by 7/8pm and you would need to walk a short distance on the highway to get to the airbnb so you must plan for that. Check in instructions weren’t the best but we figured it out. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful lake view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Consider transportation methods for luggage (taxi/uber), as it is located up the hill a bit (steep incline, lots of stairs). Great communication with My Home in Como. Loved Menaggio and definitely would stay here again.

Lovely apartment, 15min walk into town. Good access from town around lake como. Difficult to get to with luggage if you don’t have a car. Great pool. Very peaceful and stunning view of the lake. Fabulous balcony.

Beautiful location with amazing views! We had a great time here. The location itself was a little remote and hard to get any taxis to or from but we were able to walk to the main city. I would recommend this location highly!m, but especially if you have a car. I would recommend getting more mirrors in the apartment though so it’s easier to share the space.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully modern and stylish. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking. It’s located on a hill, about a 15-minute walk to the center, so it’s peaceful yet still convenient. We were able to book and check in on the same day, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations — highly recommended!

Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment. Communication regarding how we accessed the apartment on the day of arrival was a bit poor and confusing (we had to speak to several people and at one point were told to drive nearly 45 mins back to the office in Como which turned out to be incorrect ) but we got there in the end. Apartment was beautifully done with amazing view and lovely pool. Only a 10 min walk to the village. Bit of a stomp back up the hill to get home but the elevated position gave great views.

We had an amazing stay here. The place is very new and spotless, with an incredible view from the lake and only 15 minutes to walk to the lakeside in Menaggio. The hosts are responsive and provided a helpful guestbook with tips for the local area. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Some observations regarding this stay. The apartment itself is beautiful. Wonderful view, beautifully decorated, comfortable. The apartment is new and in very good taste. The location is good, but you have to do everything by car. De Como to the apartment, we spend 45min. Also, the wifi didn't work and the hood was in trouble. We had problems with the company that runs the apartment. They texted us telling us to go to their office to receive the check-in instructions, which made us divert our way to go there. In the end we were greeted by a man who was rude, stating that I who had requested the in-person check in, which did not happen, in addition to stating that he had no need to have gone to the office. I found it rather rude and with zero concern to apologize for their mistake. I think for that reason, maybe I wouldn't be staying again on their property.
