The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with spectacular views of Lake Como. The location is excellent for enjoying Menaggio and its surroundings. An incredible experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

We had a really lovely holiday in this beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Como. You don't lack anything here. The complex has a very nice swimming pool that is never crowded. Menaggio itself is a lively little town, but with a very relaxed atmosphere. From Menaggio, you can go on some great trips around the lake. Just 10 minutes away by car, you'll also find quieter beaches than in Menaggio itself. This address is really recommended!!

I’m so bummed we only rented this place for one night—definitely worth staying there for a few weeks! Getting in was a bit of a puzzle, but once we found the apartment, it was beautiful, very clean, and super convenient for the whole family. The view from the private balcony is amazing, the rooms were clean, and the modern furniture made them very cozy and comfortable. Recommend by all 4 of us ! Great place to stay

The flat is very nice, clean, bright, welcoming, beautifully furnished and as good as new. The balcony is great and gets the sun in the morning. The facilities were very good, although sometimes a bit limited or counted (e.g., dishwasher tablets, 2 wine glasses). However, this in no way detracted from our stay. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend the flat! It is located in a quiet, well-maintained residential complex at the end of a cul-de-sac. From house number 28, you can walk to the area where there are shops in about 15 minutes, via several steep flights of steps. Car is helpful. When booking, a contract was concluded online; documents, including Uploaded a selfie and had a video call. My heartfelt thanks go to the rental team, who were friendly and always quick to respond. I had taken the wrong entrance, and my key had broken off. I received help very quickly and in a professional manner. Thank you very much.

Listing is exactly as described and photos. The flat is clean and modern; it is very well equipped. Large, very pleasant terrace with a lovely view of the lake. From Menaggio, it is easy to get to the ferry and therefore to tourist destinations such as Bellagio.

This was a beautiful apartment in Menaggio! The part that was not good for us was that we really didn’t get to enjoy the apartment itself because our stay was so short! My 18 year old son and I stayed here as a short excursion before he started college at Milan. This apartment is better suited for either a full family or two couples spending a week there! The balcony was lovely! You could spend all evening lounging there, enjoying drinks and dinner! We didn’t do that however because we chose to do a boat tour and a bike tour so we were gone most of the time. I recommend this apartment for visitors who would like to get real relaxation in, enjoy the views and not rush around doing all the touristy activities! We thought we would be enjoying the swimming pool but there just wasn’t enough time for that! There also were not very many restaurants in Menaggio, another reason why this apartment is great for visitors who want to stay settled in the apartment, cooking, etc….

This is a beautiful, well-appointed unit with an amazing lake view. The outdoor patio is spacious and has wonderful views. Everything is new and in great condition. The kitchen was pristine and had everything we needed. You can walk into Menaggio down quiet streets and easily get to the ferry. The large Carrefour is just over the hill 15 minutes away in Porlezza. The pool and jacuzzi area look wonderful although they had just closed it for the season before we arrived. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had a great stay. The property was very comfortable and well equipped, and the view of the lake was fantastic. My Home in Como was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. The property is up a hill, so a car is advisable, however we didn’t have one and were able to walk to/from the village centre/ferry terminal in around 10-15 minutes.

Great place. Was the first stay, so we were taking a chance but it worked out great. Highly recommend having a car, you can walk to the main square and back but it’s much easier to drive down and park as there’s plenty of parking in Menaggio. Would definitely consider returning in the future.
