The four of us girls were here for our first holiday together and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! The apartment is really beautifully furnished, offers a wonderful view of Lake Como and was simply perfect for our girls' trip. 🥰 A particularly welcome surprise was the pull-out bed – it was actually comparable to a normal double bed and, on top of that, super comfortable! 🛏️✨ We also liked the possibility and the desire to separate waste very much. We also loved the loving organisation of the accommodation, especially the guest book. 📖🤍 A little note for future guests: although the centre is not far away, the way back is of course uphill. Depending on the day, the return journey can be a bit tiring as a result – but of course this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself and should only be taken into account when planning. 😊 A wonderful stay on Lake Como!

We had stunning views from this beautiful and cozy apartment perched above Lake Como. In a quiet location with all of the basics you need for a comfortable stay, you can avoid the crowds while still having convenient access to all of Lake Como via the ferry at Menaggio.

What can I say except Wow!! The photos and description are inferior to the real quality of this place and the view but what a view.... Unparalleled! Negative points but which do not affect the stay, really small details for improvement: - 2 small penalties for cleanliness (sofa fabrics to be changed due to damp stains, an unusable stove: burnt) - a dog in the neighbourhood that barks every day at 7:30 am, if not a second time at 9 am. - access by car which can be difficult if the car is too low or too wide (ok for a Peugeot 308) - No hand on the heaters positive points: - The view, you will not have a better view elsewhere, and in particular the sunsets illuminate Varenna and Bellagio. Unparalleled view - Large enclosed garage, essential, the whole city is paid or limited - secure residence - Clean and new accommodation - comfortable bedding - centre within walking distance (15 min) - wifi and TV go for it!

We had a great stay. The management team was very helpful and responsive on time. The location is a walking distance from the city from the town center. Although there’s some steep stairs and ramps getting back. The place is very nice and well equipped. The instructions were very thorough with very helpful sites and recommendations that we used during our time there. my only feedback is that when we were arriving at the location, my sister and I because we were only two girls alone and it was getting dark outside and thought of calling the management for some help because we may have missed an exit. the person who responded was rude and had an attitude and made it clear that it’s our problem because we are not following or reading the instructions and he was absolutely useless so we had to figure out which exit on our own.

Lovely apartment close to the centre of Menaggio, spacious and with private parking. The balcony with views over Lake Como was particularly special. The town is walkable, but with a steep hill that isn’t suitable for prams.

An excellent stay in a very nice apartment with lake views. 15-20 minutes' walk from the city centre, this location is ideal for discovering all the beauty of Lake Como! We also appreciated the clear explanations and responsiveness of my home in Como.

A beautiful light clean apartment with a great view. The Team was very kind to allow an early check in since I was checking out at 10 am from the other apartment of Home in Como. Maria Elena who helps with documents in Menaggio is very helpful and flexible about the meeting that’s required to check the documents. An apartment has a small batch of dishes and glasses, and had only 2 pieces for the dishwasher so it makes sense to restock :)

Tastefully decorated apartment, very clean. We loved sitting on the terrace with a view over lake Como. Hosts very thoughtful and communicated well. Definitely accommodation I would stay at again.

Large space with great views. Definitely recommend driving or Uber to get luggage to and from place. Otherwise it is walkable to the ferry port.

Very nice, fresh and modern accommodation! A good and steep walk up from the city center (many stairs) but very nice view once you get up! Well-functioning AC that made our stay very much better. Everything worked out well and we were very happy ☀️👍🏼

This is a very beautiful apartment with an amazing view on the lake of Como. The apartment is very bright and has a lot of space. The bed is super comfy! Menaggio is such a pretty, lovely village. We expected the apartment a bit more central, it is an about 20 minutes walk to the centre of the village. (Parking spots are a rarity!)

After initial difficulties, some of which were my fault, everything worked out great. The accommodation was very clean and cosy, and you had a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The garage for my car was also very tidy and clean. All in all, a recommendable place to stay.

It was one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed, you cannot contest with a view this good 🤩 also, staying in Menaggio versus como was such a great decision. The neighbourhood felt very homely (not touristy), and it was very peaceful. We even saw stars right outside the balcony at night 🤩 Could get everywhere with a drive. It is true that the entrance is narrow but we managed to get a big VW id4 gtx into the garage successfully with just abit of a squeeze. Highly recommend this really clean and new place :)

This was the most beautiful apartment. A lot of light, breathtaking view of the lake. Quiet and peaceful yet you can get to town in about 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. It is perfect for couples and to enjoy the different areas of Lake Como. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Very responsive hosts for a beautiful space that is pristine in cleanliness and has outstanding views. It was a bit hard to find -even the local Uber got lost trying to find it —just note that you have to turn up the hill. The lock can stick on this unit, but otherwise an ABSOLUTE five star stay. If you’re planning to walk around, there is a tunnel on the way down that lets you bypass the small and curvy highways. It’s about a 15 minute stroll to town. Most everything closes at 9 (in June anyway), another wave at 11, but a few places in the main square stay open late (mostly drinks and gelato)-so make sure to grab food if you come in late. The host had 3 bottles of water and 3 coffee pods there for me, which was a godsend. Getting a taxi or car service can be tough in high season so give yourself plenty of time to get around, but everything is walkable as well. A peaceful, serene unexpected get-away for me and the pest of my trip.
