Spectacular view from the large balcony! The apartment is very comfortable, we had a great time, the host is extremely accommodating and respond very quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this place, it’s definitely one of a kind.

Wow, the view alone makes this a 100% recommend! Very nice inside too. Yes there is a short walk up to the apartment but parking is easy and it’s worth it for the view!

Absolutely stunning stay in Menaggio! This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the views are simply breathtaking – even more impressive than in the photos. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy from start to finish. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como!

We brought our parents, a group of six, to stay. The house is really beautiful as described in the pictures. The terrace is large and the view is spectacular. But the comments were too polite, if you have a lot of heavy suitcases, I would advise you to leave, it took us half an hour to move four suitcases into the house.After coming out of the parking lot, there are stairs everywhere, and the house is hard to find. When I found it, there were stairs to enter the house. It was really painful to move my luggage. The rest is very good. In fact, the house is very clean and beautiful. It is more suitable for families traveling light.

Absolutely stunning home in Menaggio! Me and my family loved our stay there. The location was a bit hard to locate, but the host did an amazing job with directions. Would highly recommend staying there again.

Great place and wonderful views! Loved the old town village feel and the nearby eateries. It’s hard to find and they don’t release the directions until you sign the lease and do a live video call with all of the occupants. So go early not at night. After we found it we were very happy. Walk down to the ferry was 1 mile and 20 minutes. Walking up was 45 minutes. The wifi was hard to log in to. Overall, I’d stay again and longer than 2 nights. We just weren’t ready for the uphill hike with all of our bags

The villa was a great size and had everything our group of six needed for the most part. Epic views and ample space. The a/c was major and a relief after being in the sweltering heat. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Check in was a bit frustrating as a required video call was not mentioned until 8:30pm the night before check in. We were all traveling so it was challenging to coordinate. The views were phenomenal but location was not for the faint of heart- it is a slog to get to restaurants, swimming, shopping, etc. and taxis were largely unavailable. I would not recommend this location for elderly or children or anyone who minds putting in some effort regarding elevation.

All about the view! It's just as amazing as the photos promise. Caution: it's a long, steep walk from town (or a pricey cab/Uber relative to the distance). The cobblestones and stairs are not for everyone. It was a very clean and comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet. Since it's so remote and the nearest grocery store is all the way down the hill in town, get your groceries before going up. We also recommend Passer Relais Bistrot and takeout from Ristorante Pizzeria Co.Ri for local dining to enjoy on your balcony.

I cannot express enough how amazing this home is. My friends and I have been traveling through Italy for 3 weeks, we have stayed in a lot of air bnbs throughout the country and all unanimously agreed that this one was the greatest. It was updated and modern. Excellent beds and air conditioning. Amazing water pressure and temperature. Very VERY clean, and just absolutely picture perfect views. We were lucky enough to witness a beautiful lightning storm from the huge rooftop patio. We felt at home and really wished we had stayed at this home longer. The host was very responsive when needed and gave AMAZING instructions to find the apartments. The check out was so easy and we were told not to worry about dishes or bringing trash down which is very rare. I don't mind doing those things but being told "don't worry the cleaners will handle it" made us feel even more relaxed. When we return to Lake Como in the future there is not a doubt in my mind where we will stay, definitely for longer!!!

This was an amazing place to stay. We were surrounded by 360 degrees of amazing beauty from a large deck directly off of the living room. We were able to walk to local restaurants plus go for amazing hikes right from our front door. Very cool interior space on multiple levels. Easy to get to by Uber. We'll be back.

My Home in Como was a great place. It is walkable to the lake front but it is not an easy walk. We loved the privacy and quietness of the location. The owners are friendly and gracious. We would rebook if we return.

The house was just as shown. It was lovely with great views. It is a hike to the parking lot but the cars were safe and easily accessed. The folks from My home in Como were responsive and answered our questions. We were meet at the house and made sure all our questions were answered. When we had questions all were answered quickly. Just a warning that the view of the lake is amazing from the house but it is on a hill and a hike to town. The view is worth it!!

The villa is very difficult to find, and the directions are not up to par. However, it would have been enough to give us the GPS coordinates of the parking lot located below, and to indicate the path between this parking lot and the villa. The worst part is that the gate key didn't work, it took someone by chance to open us, otherwise we would still be waiting outside. It's a shame, because the accommodation is very large, beautiful, very well-equipped, with an exceptional view of Lake Como. The stay was really nice.

I just completed my stay at this residence and had a wonderful time! The space was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for six of us to be comfortable. Unfortunately, it rained almost the entire time that we were in Lake Como, so we did not get to enjoy the rooftop deck, but it is certainly a huge plus for choosing this apartment. The views are MAGNIFICENT! I must warn those that do consider this Airbnb: it is not only a lengthy walk from where a cab will drop you off to the front door, but there are a lot of steps once you enter the apartment. The path also contains a lot of cobblestone, so be mindful of your luggage. It posed an even bigger challenge for us, particularly due to the rain. Thank God for Sylvia and Ricardo, who were willing to meet us at the apartment with the key and helped us with our bags. I know that is not a usual courtesy extended to guests, but we were overly gracious for their help. Five stars!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Menaggio, Lake Como. Everything was exactly as described, and the place even surpassed our expectations when we arrived. The photos truly don't do it justice—the setting is absolutely breathtaking, with amazing views that made every moment feel special. One minor challenge was the logistics of getting our luggage to the property. Due to the town's narrow streets and the incline where the property is located, it took about 5 to 7 minutes to transport our bags from where the taxi dropped us off. While this added a bit of effort to our arrival, it was a small price to pay for such a fantastic experience overall. If you're looking for a place that offers beauty, comfort, and authentic charm, this is a great choice.

This house is absolutely spectacular. The views from the terrace are truly world class. We were there in December, and the strong sun even allowed us to have lunch outside; I can't imagine how beautiful dinner and wine on the terrace in the summer will be. All four bedrooms are well sized, and master looks out over the lake, so truly beautiful. The kitchen is fully functional. When we were there all the restaurants were closed for the holidays, but we were still able to make several restaurant quality meals. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, and cannot wait to come back to Como, and stay again.
