Can accommodate 12 (Max 8 adults). 5 Bedrooms. This gorgeous comfy beach house in Salt Rock is offered with lots of availability throughout the year, along with magnificent sea views & direct access onto the beach.
Please note that only family bookings are accepted. All adult bookings will not be accepted by the owners, as they prefer family bookings with children in the groups. The house can sleep a maximum 8 adults per booking.

This flatlet sits at the back of the house. It has an open-plan kitchen & lounge area and a sleeper couch with a DSTV decoder. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, Two-plate electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee plunger.
BACK-UP POWER
In the event of power failures rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.
The solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather.
SECURITY
The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter fence & IPSS reaction team.
Private gate padlocked to the beach.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom One (Master): King-size bed, sea views, ceiling fan, sliding doors onto the front verandah, built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & double basin.
Bedroom Two: King-size bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower, bath & basin.
Bedroom Three: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, office desk & chair, built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & basin.
Bedroom Four (kids room): Bunk bed plus single bed with pull-out mattress, standing fan, plantation shutters, built in open shelving for clothes with a hook and hangers, en-suite with single basin, shower & loo
Bedroom Five (separate flatlet): There is a separate bedroom with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning, a freestanding wardrobe and bathroom with a shower.
Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.
No functions allowed at the property
HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes a Housekeeper from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm.
(Weekends and/or public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)
For weekend booking the housekeeping is included on a Saturday from 8 am until 2 pm
Garden & pool maintenance weekly
2 Loads of laundry are included per day when the housekeeper is on duty
The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

Beautiful spot, perfect for a family holiday! Easy access to the beach, wonderful entertainment area where watching kids in the pool is easy! Could do with a few hooks for towels etc outside by the pool and outside shower, but other than that small suggestion, we loved our stay!

Louise's house was great for our family holiday. All the adults had their own space and the kids were well looked after, including a teenager who had their own cottage. The house itself allowed us to enjoy time together or separate into adults and kids. Being directly on the beach was great, allowing morning swims and afternoon walks. Cooking and serving was a breeze in the large kitchen with attached dining room.
