The home was very impressive. There was so much space for all of us to spread out and was very well appointed, with books, games and toys for the kids and an abundance of kitchen utensils and appliances. A thoughtful bottle of wine and chips were also left for us - thank you so much. The bay had a bit of a swampy smell on the first day we arrived, but the other days were fine. There was no air con in the bedrooms upstairs nor the kids bedroom. Thank you for the opportunity to let us stay and enjoy your home Donna.

All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach, there is an outside shower so please wash off sand when returning from the beach. - No smoking inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Please do not allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there. - Outside big dogs outside and ok for small non-shedding dogs only inside - Please ensure your pet is cleaned up after before leaving and if you have an anxious pet, please don't leave at the property alone. Please ensure checkout instructions checklist You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
