The house is set over one level with 3 of the 4 bedrooms being on an outside wing of the house which opens onto an undercover courtyard with small plunge pool & walled garden. The main house has 4th family bedroom, kitchen & open plan dining/living room with TV. The front undercover verandah offers further dining/soft seating with a garden & direct access onto Salt Rock main beach.

Small country kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine during your stay, including essential cookware, crockery, cutlery, and basic pots and pans.

Regrettably Guests are not permitted to bring fishing rods, tackle, or any other fishing equipment onto the property and Cleaning or processing fish on the premises is strictly prohibited
BACK-UP POWER
In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking and gas braai available.
This house does not have any backup power.
PLEASE NOTE
The owner has a cat and a dog (Rottweiler) that will be in its own fenced garden away from the main guests Cottage.
The pets are not in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies. The owner does reside in a small cottage off the driveway.
Your privacy will be respected and you can enjoy the quiet enjoyment of the house for the duration of your stay.

Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.

This house does not have backup power. In the event of a power failure or load-shedding, there are rechargeable lights in each room. There is a charcoal braai/ BBQ for cooking and a kettle for a gas stove for tea & coffee.
Kindly note: The owner has a dog (Rottweiler) and a cat that is allowed into the house. The pets are not in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious about this if they are prone to pet allergies. The owner does reside in a small cottage off the driveway. Your privacy will be respected and you can enjoy the quiet enjoyment of the house for the duration of your stay. The dog will be fenced in while guests reside there.
HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes housekeeping daily : Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 12pm
(Public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)
Weekly garden & pool maintenance
2 Loads of laundry are included per day - folding and washing only
The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
We do not accept student bookings & No parties are allowed at the home.
High season bookings require 10-14 nights or more for this house

A lovely home, a great location and wonderful host. Braai facilities both front and back of the house. Good security. Plenty of parking. Right on a lifeguarded beach. Woolies and plenty of shops a 5m drive away. Loads of takeaway options too. If it's too windy the back of the house is sheltered and calm. Highly recommend. Until next time, Cheryl! Thank you
