BACK-UP POWER

This house does not get effected by the loadshedding schedule.

In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking and gas braai available.

This house does not have any backup power.

PLEASE NOTE:

The owner has a dog (Rottweiler) and a cat that is allowed into the house.

The pets are not in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies. The owner does reside in a small cottage off the driveway.

Your privacy will be respected and you can enjoy the quiet enjoyment of the house for the duration of your stay.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom One: Family Bedroom in the Main House has 2 queen size beds, sea views, a ceiling fan, a chest of drawers & a freestanding wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, loo & basin

Bedroom Two (Courtyard Wing): King-size bed, ceiling fan, freestanding wardrobe, access onto the courtyard and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, loo & basin

Bedroom Three (Courtyard Wing): King-size bed, ceiling fan, dressing table, freestanding wardrobe, access onto the courtyard and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, loo & basin

Bedroom Four (Courtyard Wing): Double bed, ceiling fan, open shelves & hanging, access onto the courtyard and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, loo & basin

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire main house.

Other things to note

Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.

No bait or fishing rods are allowed at the house.

Strictly no pets, no smoking inside the house

This house does not have backup power. In the event of a power failure or load-shedding, there are rechargeable lights in each room. There is a charcoal braai/ BBQ for cooking and a kettle for a gas stove for tea & coffee.

Kindly note: The owner has a dog (Rottweiler) and a cat that is allowed into the house. The pets are not in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious about this if they are prone to pet allergies. The owner does reside in a small cottage off the driveway. Your privacy will be respected and you can enjoy the quiet enjoyment of the house for the duration of your stay. The dog will be fenced in while guests reside there.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes housekeeping daily : Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 12pm
(Public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)

Weekly garden & pool maintenance

2 Loads of laundry are included per day - folding and washing only

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

RESERVATIONS

This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
We do not accept student bookings & No parties are allowed at the home.
High season bookings require 14 nights or more for this house
