Bedroom Two: Upstairs - King-size bed with aircon, access to balcony, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, ensuite with bath tub, shower, open plan toilet and double basin.

Bedroom Three: Upstairs - Queen-size bed, aircon and access to balcony, freestanding cupboard, block-out curtains, ensuite with shower, open plan toilet and single basin.

Bedroom Four: Upstairs - Kids room with Twin beds apart, aircon, built-in cupboard, blinds, ensuite with bath tub, open plan toilet and single basin.

Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.

​HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes a Live in housekeeper 7 days a week: from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm.
Saturdays and Sundays 08h00-12h00pm. Public holidays are optional and at extra cost.

Weekly garden and pool maintenance

2 Loads of laundry are included per day
The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dish washing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

RESERVATIONS
This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
We do not accept student bookings, and no parties are allowed at home.
High season bookings require a minimum of 10-14 nights
