Beautiful (the pictures don’t do it justice), peaceful, clean, and had loads of space. We felt right at home. Trish was super responsive and proactive even though she was on holiday. Easy access to the beach. 5-min walk to Salt Cafe (amazing croissants and pizza). We even saw whales, orcas, and dolphins from the wonderful balcony. Only difficulty we had was getting the 9-seater MPV we were driving up a very steep part of the driveway - but parking was spacious and easy otherwise. Amazing value for a great stay.

We were looking for a large property with direct beach access and a swimming pool - with space to relax and for our little one to play. Trish's apartment delivered all of that in style, with all of the facilities you need to feel at home for a long stay (we were there for 18 days). The veranda is a gem - protected from the elements, but with sea views and plenty of fresh air for those humid, Durban days. Trish was very helpful from the start of the booking process through to our check out. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely book with her again.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay, the flat is beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, loved all the extra touches (like candles and matches). We loved the balcony/ outside area as we could all sit outside to eat dinner and with the blinds/wind breakers it was really comfortable, even in winter. Our group was a large family, 5 of us in total and with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we each had our own private space without feeling miles apart. The lounge/ dining balcony is perfect since someone could sit at the table and still chat to someone sitting on the sofa. Overall it was perfect for us! Easy access to the beach and stunning views. Trish was kind enough to let us check out a little later as our flight was in the afternoon, we really appreciated that! We loved our stay and could not recommend enough!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equiped. The bedrooms were very large and clean. Each bedroom had a beautiful and clean bathroom. The verhandah was huge and had a spectacular view. The apartment was close to the beach and to restaurants. Trish was incredibly friendly and accomodating. I would definately recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay with Trish. The apartment is everything you wish it to be and more! So private, so quiet, perfect for our family with children. Trish went out of her way to organize two cots and a high chair for my toddler. We went for walks to salt cafe just down the road every morning! We will definitely be back, and we look forward to it! Nicely laid out space for a group-share: four independent rooms, each with an en suite full bathroom. Proximity to beach is excellent. The condo is outfitted with everything you'd need--from kitchen gear to beach towels, etc. We were a group of seven attending a wedding and had a great time in the space. Trish was also very helpful: when one guest forgot his passport in the condo, she was quick to let us back into the space well after checkout. I would recommend Trish's place for anyone looking for a fun pad to connect with family and friends, beachside.

Wow wow!! Myself and my family had a very nice stay at Trish’s place. Trish was able to accommodate us at the very last minute! She was very attentive and so easy to communicate with. We had the added luxury of having Nellie assist us on a few days, and she is also lovely. The apartment is gorgeous, just as in the photos. Trish was fantastic from the day we enquired about booking her beautiful villa till check out. The villa exceeded our expectations. It’s more beautiful in person 🤌🏽 The amenities available are well thought through, you will never run out of any cleaning items, crockery, cutlery, pots, glasses etc 🤘🏽 The pool and the beach is so close to the villa. Literally, a few metres away 👌🏽 We got the pleasure to meet Eva the housekeeper and what a gem you have there. She’s so warm and dedicated to her work. Trish is an amazing host with a beautiful beachfront villa. The house was clean and well kept , exactly as advertised. Going there, we travelled through terrible unexpected snow conditions on the road, our cars got stuck in the snow and we ended up travelling for 18hours instead of 7 hours. Trish and her domestic Eva were super supportive during this ordeal, waiting up for us to check-in at midnight. Thank you for your support and hospitality ladies. We had a great time with family here including 2 young kids, it is a lovely clean place right by the beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom which is fantastic. We had a wonderful few days at Trish’s place. The layout was perfect for our group, with 2 bedrooms on each side of the apartment with a lovely big bright living space and kitchen in between. The huge balcony is a magic spot where you can enjoy a drink or dinner and watch the waves roll in. Trish was a great host and super responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

What an amazing find. Trish responds almost immediately to messages and the villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay: ample parking, a short walk to an amazing, clean beach, outdoor shower and all the appliances that you may wish for (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, beautiful big fridge/freezer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc). The huge veranda which looks out on the ocean is to die for. Even though we had rain a couple of days, the veranda stayed dry and we could see dolphins swimming past almost every day. There is a shopping center a short drive away with a Checkers and Woolies food and amazing places to eat nearby. Thank you Trish for sharing your amazing home with us.

My wife and I traveled from the US and met my sister and her family at Trish's place. There were 7 of us total and the apartment suited us perfectly. The unit is as open and spacious as shown in the photos and the big veranda is a major bonus. Access to the beach is about 100m down the hill. We saw whales spouting in the ocean from the apartment, which was a nice treat. The master bathroom is by far the nicest. The others are totally suitable for the beach and there is an outdoor shower near the garage to get the sand off before coming back into then house. The garage has beach chairs and umbrellas guests can use which is a BIG help. Trish is an *outstanding* host -- friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the TV and she made sure it was solved extremely quickly. I would highly recommend the apartment for those needing multiple bedrooms on the water in Ballito.

The neighborhood is classy and we felt safe. Lots to do within walking distance. The swimming pool was separate and closed off which was ideal with little kids. we didn't need to worry about them around the pool all the time, but it was easily accessible when we wanted to swim. Convenient beach access. House was clean, comfortable and airy. Beds were especially comfortable.

We actually needed them on our last night, because it was extremely cold at night. All the plates, collection of glasses, and cutlery available at the house were amazing and suitable for all types of meals. I love the minimalistic and white-decor feel that the house gives, also how can I forget how spacious it is. I’m also absolutely in love with the 180° view of the beach. Trish is an amazing hostess, and made us feel very welcome in her home. The Villa is as pictured and was very comfortable. It has everything one needs for a beach holiday and to make your stay easy. The assistance of a house keeper added value and made our stay much easier, as we had two small children to care for. The large sea facing terrace became the centre point for our stay, and we had wonderful dinners out there to the sound of the rolling waves. We would definitely recommend this Villa and will go there again. Next time, for 2 weeks, as we had just discovered some wonderful walks, cafes and restaurants when we had to leave. Thanks Trish for making our family reunion so memorable.

A nice easy walk down to beach. Really enjoyed the bright, spacious atmosphere of the home. Trish has an eye for detail and leaves nothing unattended. She makes your stay very homely.

I don’t even know where to start, we started off our holiday with some incredibly questionable accommodation, in a panic we came across Trish’s place, and I messaged Trish to see if we could stay there instead. She was the most outstanding host, who very quickly went all out to accommodate our family. She made sure we could check in as early as possible and went over and beyond in making sure our holiday wasn’t ruined. The house is absolutely gorgeous, it’s spacious, clean and in the perfect location. Gloria came to clean and was just as pleasant as Trish... we enjoyed out stay so much, we didn’t want to leave, and are already checking out availability for our next holiday there! Honestly such an incredible find! Thank you so much Trish!!

From the booking to check in and out Trish was available for instant communication . The apartment is spacious, well decorated and everything was just comfortable. Great view from the long open patio with the most glorious long table & chairs super comfortable for hours of chat, food and family. Recommend

The place is amazing. It looks much better than the pictures. It is very close to the beach with direct beach access. It is well furnished and has all the utensils. The swimming pool is great. Trish is an amazing host. She is very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish s apartment! Easy to access in a beautiful quite location, just next to the sea!! We had a really good time, and we were able to relax. We were a family of 8, we were able to spread out as there was enough space for all of us. The home is beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained in all spaces! The most enjoyable was to walk 2 minutes away to the sea and also able watch the sea every morning and all the time actually! We will recommend the apartment to our friends and family and we will definitely visit again!

Trish's house is very beautiful and stylish. The house has good detail with a personal touch. Very good private space and a brisk walk to the the beach. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us, and we didn't feel clusterfobic at all. Very neat and airy with beautiful views.
