Very well equipped apartment, first time we stayed facing down the promenade and it was a gorgeous view so close to the sea. These are the best located apartments in Marbella , not to mention the super hosts Daniela and Vincent who were on hand if needed, always very helpful in the run up to booking. I would recommend eating in the cafe in the apartment especially the fish and chips on Fridays , 5* food at such reasonable prices the owner couldn’t be more accommodating. We will definitely be back … Laura

Lovely apartment containing everything we needed for a weeks stay. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps from the beach! Beautiful views of the surrounding islands & well looked after pools.

Desde 2011 que vou para Marbella e adoro. O skoll está muito bem localizado e cuidado. Os apartamentos que alugamos são bem equipados, seguros e fazem-nos sentir em casa. A proximidade com o centro, a praia e todas as comodidades tornam este edifício ainda mais especial. Conheçam a sua história no Hall da receção e vão sentir se parte integrante da cidade.

Loved location close to everything especially beaches. Lovely swimming pools ideal for families with small children . Daniela was very helpful from day one .Always prompt to reply to any queries .Will definitely be back again Vincent Ireland

Well equipped apartment in a great location, welcome items like toilet rolls, washing up liquid and cooking oil made life much easier, thank you. Convenient large supermarket nearby and loads of bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the bus stop and to the centre. We had a lovely stay in 511A

A super place for holidays with a fabulous cafe on the gardens. The chef creates imaginative & delicious lunches and Ema couldn't be a better host.

Bright one bedroom apartment,not used by us before well layed out,located in C block , new kitchen and recent bathroom also comfortable beds all TV channels available including Netflix. Location is one of the best you could ask for located right on the Paseo. Excellent hosts in Daniela and Vincenzo highly recommended Carol & Alan
