Sooo nice apartaments. Everything you need to spend comfort time and holidays. The view is amazing, great location in the centre of everything. Parking is straight to the apartaments. See you soon.

Wir waren Ende September im Appartement 352. Das Zimmer ist etwas älter, aber sauber. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Das Zimmer ist aber ABSOLUT nicht vermietbar, solange der Nachbar in seiner Wohnung wohnt. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt an seinem Wohnzimmer und dieser Mann schreit nachts, hört überlaut Fernsehen, kurz gesagt eine Katastrophe !!. Wir sind in das Wohnzimmer auf das Zustellsofa gezogen um schlafen zu können. Hier fehlt der Schallschutz und der Respekt des Nachbarn sich ordentlich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus zu verhalten. Generell ist Marbella eine laute Stadt. Das Zimmer ist im vorderen Bereich zur Straße hin, dadurch ist die Geräuschkulisse der morgentlichen Anlieferung und Stadtsäuberung zu hören. Geschuldet durch den Umzug in das Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer wäre es besser gewesen. Es gibt trotzdem zwei Punkte, da das Haus selber sehr zentral gelegen ist und die Pools sauber und groß sind.

Ideaal appartement zo vlak bij het strand en bij de start van de 4daagse van Marbella. Mooi uitzicht over de boulevard of de haven. Goede en snelle communicatie met Daniela via de mail. Mooie studio van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij komen volgend jaar zeker terug.

Wij verbleven in een duplex-appartement in de residentie Skol eind september. Het gebouw zelf is van begin de jaren zestig en dat merk je meteen, maar het is wel steeds goed onderhouden geweest, vooral dan in de tuin en het zwembadgedeelte. De duplex zelf was netjes en zeer ruim, maar ook zeer gedateerd. De inrichting zou immers eens mogen vernieuwd worden. Er was een prachtig terras op de oostkant met een magnifiek zicht op het park, de zee en de haven. Het gebouw is niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor je 's nachts constant lawaai hebt, is het niet van luidruchtige passanten of klanten van de ondergelegen Ierse pub, dan wel van de machines die de straten en dijk komen poetsen. Aan het zwembad kun je ook iets drinken en eten , maar alles is gericht op de vele Britten die hier logeren. De locatie is geweldig, vlak aan de wandeldijk en op 10 minuutjes te voet van het centrum van de prachtige oude stad.

Myself & my 3 friends stayed in the Skol apartment & had an amazing holiday. The minute we opened the door to this apartment we were in heaven - the view was absolutely AMAZING & breath taking. We had an incredible stay here, the apartment was immaculately clean, everything worked perfectly, right on the beach & the promenade so no hassle at all. Also overlooking the beautiful swimming pools. We were a lovely 10 minute walk to Orange Square. The transfer taxi organised both ways to the airport was the icing on the cake. Lovely apartment complex in a a very central location. The apartments are on the beach front, close to restaurants, shops and only a short walk to the old town. Great scenic views from the lovely balcony. The host Danielle was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back. Thanks for everything, Mary & Willie Gubbins.
