Since our friend lives nearby, we chose this flat. The pictures made a very good impression. The noise from the street, which we underestimated, was not mentioned. That was very disruptive. As it was very hot, fans were provided. Unfortunately, the windows did not provide sufficient ventilation. We enjoyed sitting in the shade in the garden. However, the grounds of Nostell Priory offered plenty of opportunities to find peace and quiet. The kitchen equipment was sufficient, but I missed having a teapot! Instead of the billiard table, I would have preferred a dining table. We liked the two modern bathrooms very much. Since the entrance from Doncaster Road is very dangerous, we decided to only drive to the accommodation via Engine Road. Since our priority was meeting our friend and not the accommodation, we simply accepted the negative points.

A great stay at a superb property. Thank you Charlie for your hosting, we will be sure to stay again. The property was in a great, quiet location with so much parking. Inside was two very spacious bedrooms both with separate bathrooms near. The living space is great & very social with the open plan & pool table. Great host & great stay!

We stayed for a couple of nights while doing a pottery activity in a nearby town. My sons enjoyed sleeping in the hay loft and playing pool. Great space for a family of four.

We had a great stay with my Fiancé and 2 year old son, Nostil Priory is just a 5 minute walk away with lots to do. The hosts included and baby chair and a travel cot inside the property which is great help, the place is extremely clean and tidy and a perfect layout for getting everyone together for a meal and some fun! Couldn’t recommend anymore

Great location next to Nostell Priory. Very clean and modern location. The weather was warm while we were there and the building did get quite hot during the day and take a while to cool at night. Fans are available. Plenty of parking

Lovely place and really well looked after. The owners were very friendly and we couldn’t fault our stay. It’s slightly more expensive than some other air b&bs in the area but worth it. We’d definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay. Very, very clean, great space and right next door to Nostell Priory. There’s plenty of space, everything is brand new and modern, the pool table and TV are excellent. The digital heating is also great, can imagine it being super cosy come winter. The entrance is very hairy to exit from - you cannot see the oncoming traffic until you pull out and it’s a 60mph road (eek!) - also, trying to find the property with just a house name and no street number from a busy main road was stressful. But, if you navigate to Engine Lane and enter/exit property from there it’s much easier and safer. It was a great stay, I would book this place again and again and again!

We had a lovely stay, weekend away to visit Yorkshire. The place was spaceous and clean my children really enjoyed the pool table. Only down side was the access in and out we found it difficult with the main road.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hay Loft! The space itself was extremely clean and well kept with ample room for 4 people. There was plenty of room for parking with easy check in instructions (and lovely neighbours). We loved having the Pool table and log burner in the living area - it made the space very homely and was a lovely extra touch. From when we booked Dale was very responsive and happy to help with any of our queries or questions. The location was fantastic for Nostell and exploring the surrounding areas such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Newmillerdam. We will definitely be back to stay here again as it was perfect!

The Hay Loft provide the perfect setting for my family holiday. the host and his wife were lovely! I would recommend this place without hesitation and would stay there again. The response time and assistance was quick and efficient, the house itself is spacious and welcoming. It was in close driving proximity to shops, restaurants and services . All around a good location.

My colleague and I were working in Wakefield using this property as our base for the week. Best place in the area and it’s not often we come across a home that’s as equipped and clean as this. We will 100% be looking to book again in the new year for our return visit.

I cannot stress enough - By far the best AirBnb we have stayed in - An outstanding detached accommodation inside and out! Spacious parking - literally right on the doorstep. All amenities you would expect and more for a home from home available for guests. Log burner and pool table to add to the luxury touch. Excellent WiFi/ All mod cons. Honestly a fabulous property set in a beautiful location, literally next door to a National Trust Heritage. What a gem - a credit to the hosts, whom are fabulous by the way…. and more-so the price is outstanding value for money.

The property is tastefully renovated & the pool table was a great addition to the accommodation but we had a lot of minor issues that Claire, the owner had to sort. Both toilet seats were broken, one of the bar stools was broken & more. Be aware, if visiting in the summer, not all the windows open which meant the lounge got hot and stuffy. There is no dining table ( only a breakfast bar). It was stressful finding the property and accessing it from the busy road but there is an easier access at the back that the owner showed us. The computer desk is an added bonus as we were all here for work purposes ( not holiday). The guidebook provided by host and stay does n’t give information about the area, it mentions a pub in Wales! 3 good places, to eat, a short drive away in Ackworth are; The Boot and Shoe ( for its wood fired pizza, Ego at the Beverley arms, the Angel Inn ( but make sure you book) Overall, it’s a good property, it’s a shame we had problems as it was our 1st air b n b

The Hay Loft is a smartly decorated property with some unusual inclusions such as a pool table and impressive outdoor play equipment. Perfect for a family. It’s an easy walk from Nostell Priory - well worth a visit!

Loved our stay and the location with plenty to do around the area. The house was spotless and I was impressed with the cleanliness. We asked for a cot (sheets provided) and a high chair which both were provided great for our little one. I would say the directions could have been a bit more helpful in locating the house but we soon found our way. We found the house to be great and very modern I would have liked to have seen some pictures on the walls to give it more character. Given that some finishing touches of paint would have tidied up the walls Over all we were really pleased and happy with our stay

We had a great stay in Wragby. The accommodation was very nice, clean and spacious, and the pool table a real bonus! Easy walk to Nostell Priory, and was a great base for visiting the area. Would recommend!

Very disappointed with Host & Stay. 1st issue was a £200 deposit for a £300 stay (took 13 days to refund, after chasing up) We were travelling from Australia staying in various airbnb accomodation and this was the first time were asked for a deposit, no check in instructions will be provided until paid. My wife is an Airbnb host and knows that Airbnb has an insurance policy to protect hosts so this was above and beyond. 2nd issue were the directions, both the link and address in the check in instructions were incorrect and we were taken to the middle of a very busy road with no where to pull up and with no clear directions to the property. The property itself was clean but very cold and sparse, not cozy at all and the upstairs toilet seat lid would not stay up, also the TV signal is terrible. Positives were a comfortable bed and couch although the seating area is not adequate for more than 2 people. Plenty of parking and a pleasant host, who has made a mistake hosting with Host & Stay

The property was very clean and had great facilities including modern shower and large LCD TV. Towels and toiletries were provided and there was plenty of parking on site. It was also in a very good, quiet location. The instructions on how to find the place as well as check-in/check out were fantastic as well as the communications from the team. I would highly recommend using Host & Stay!

Stayed at Wragby accomodation. Just like the photos. Nice and clean and bright. Lovely layout and parking available. Very good response time from company with questions and queries. Small snags: Sleeps 4 people but not enough seating in lounge area for 4 to comfortably relax. Log-fire was great feature but only provided 4 logs and told to only use the logs provided in the stove, so that didn’t last very long! Would’ve been nice to be able to access the property an hour earlier if feasible.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Hayloft. The accomodation was exactly as expected and made for a comfortable short stay. Entry via the key box was simple and it was extremely clean throughout when we arrived. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms well furnished both in the main bedroom and the twin upstairs. Bathrooms clean with all working as you'd expect. Be careful of the high water pressure at first! Kitchen has all the basics, though could do with a draining board for any washing up done. We only used a few bowls, mugs and glasses but it was a pain to wash and dry up when not really worth putting the dishwasher on. An additional tea towel would have been good too rather than trying to drain washed up dishes on kitchen roll. Lounge area lovely and cosy. TV was great though the reception on some channels was a bit dodgy, not sure if it was the stormy atmospherics or always like that. On the whole a lovely place to stay for a few nights.

We often visit the surrounding areas of Leeds and this is our first time staying in an Air B n B. The Hayloft stood out to us with its modern decor and welcoming photos and it did not disappoint. We also traveled with two children who also loved staying here. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great weekend

The accommodation was very clean and modern, it's minimal but has everything you need for a short stay. There is good onsite parking and the privacy of the location keeps you away from the main road and overlooking neighbours. The post code location given does not take you too the property, so it's better to look at the downloadable guide book for a more detailed description of the entrance and access point. The beds are very comfortable and offer generous pillows. The kitchen however did have a few issues one would only discover by 'living' in the property, such as no draining board for simple rinsing of cups and plates. So practically, there are limitations and a slight inconvenience of function. The cooker is an induction style top, which is incredible difficult to use and takes trial an error to get working. It also seems to have a mind of its own and turns off while in use. If your ordering takeaway or eating out, then this place is for you. Some more cosy lighting would be nice.

This is one of the best Airb&b places I have ever stayed at!!! It was simply amazing, the manager of the property is great as is the host, so available and kind and very sweet to me and to my kids. I felt like at home, in one of the places I love the most (next to Nostel Priory, where my best friend got married 13 years ago). The way it has been renovated and the attention paid to small details indeed make the difference. I would certainly recommend it to anybody passing by Wragby or in the neighborhood. I cannot but express my gratitude and satisfaction to the host for letting us spend the most extraordinary break in Yorkshire!
