Central location. Comfortable beds.

No vehicular access. Very difficult to find. Property very cold on arrival & controls tricky. Metal staircase to flat quite tricky & slippery in the rain. Would have liked advance notice of access details. One bedroom window boarded up with plywood.

For a very fair price, and wanting somewhere to 'lay the head' during a weekend on the Seven Valley Railway trains, it met the criteria me and my travelling companions were after.

Decor / facilities inside the flat are good - 2 decent bedrooms, basic bathroom, nice kitchen and lounge area. Pleasant surprise compared to access / getting into the flat itself / view from outside the flat. Location great for centre of Bewdley-and cafes / shops / bars / river pathways for walks all easily accessible.

The access / presentation to the flat is not good - access via an alley with bins from other flats / restaurants- gate into small yard and then steep metal steps to front door of property to reception shared with another flat. Fire alarm panel showed active alarm. Door to neighbouring flat appeared to have been damaged / forced. Parking locations hear the flat are spread about - and actually quite close to the flat - but location in relation to the flat not immediately obvious. Hot water boiler is noisy - but does provide hot water. Some sections windows (old wired glass) boarded.

Spacious, comfortable, and nicely equipped. Very central location, decent amount of coffee/tea/milk provided

Filthy entrance via Main Street - pigeon droppings, cigarette ends, not the best way to start your stay cleaning bird muck off your shoes. Directions not good… hard to find… hidden down a dark alleyway - and could be easier, only had to say look for alley with sign “No Road” - and direction from the other, car park end, which was much cleaner would have led to a much nicer start to the stay. Needed maintenance - broken window in bedroom with plywood board over it. Not overly clean - trod on a piece of broken glass in the lounge, kitchen sides sticky and needed wiping. Lack of information - scanning a QR code took to a site giving (again not detailed) info on how to get there (we were already in!) and the WiFi code - again to scan the code already had it! Information such as how to work the heaters would have been helpful
