We arrived to check in at 4pm to find the cleaner had arrived a few moments before us to begin cleaning. We proceeded to wait another 2 hours before we could check in and we had all of our luggage and food shopping in the car. Once we could check in, the cleaner informed us on the way out that the only sofa in the property was broken. We were due to stay there for 2 weeks and we reduced it to just one night. We just kept being sent generic automatic messages by the hosts. It was unfortunate to have had a negative experience here.
