Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation. By far the best AirBnB we’ve been to in Uk. Would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone. There are stairs involved in accessing the property which would not make it suitable for people with mobility issues. That’s just a fact, and by no means a criticism of the property. Hoping to return in the New Year

This is a large apartment with private bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms. Traditional decor - feels more like a hotel than an airbnb, with its big fire doors and corridors! Lots of space and ideal for a short stay - small kitchen and a neat living space. After some trouble arriving at night time, and being located to the wrong site, then the keys being in a different location, we had a very pleasant stay. Located on top of a cafe building but with minimal noise, it was a quiet and peaceful stay within the Caldecott farmland.

The Apartment was just as described and what I expected. Lovely spacious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Living Room was fine, as others said needed a lamp as only the bright main light. We simply took a lamp from one of the bedrooms and put it in the living room. Made it so much more cosy. Kitchen is small/ basic but has everything you need. Probably could do with being bought up to the same standard of decor as the bedrooms. It is such a shame that from June 2026, you can only book for 7 days. We would loved to have stayed there for 3 nights for a family Wedding in September 2026 that is on site at Caldicott. Would certainly recommend staying there.

People were super helpful and friendly. One of our party accidently took the kays home when he left. The keys were quickly replaced by the hosts who were happy fir uhim to postthem back. We had a really good stay and would return.

Beautiful surroundings, unique and quirky. perfect for relaxing or a base to visit Norfolk and Suffolk. Spotlessly clean, nice fresh cotton bedlinen, fluffy white towels. Each room has its own bathroom, making it perfect for both families and friends. Lovely cafe and gift shop below. The Horses and Donkeys made our stay, such a wonderful place.

We stayed in April 2025. Place was easy to find and entry simple. Beautiful surroundings. Plenty parking if more than one car (wish we knew this as we had 2 cars) plenty space for everyone. Huge beds and bright rooms. Can’t really fault it other than getting a succinct answer about parking and tv (read a review that said it didn’t work.) No problems at all although we bought some wd40 for the squeaky doors!! All doors very heavy fire doors. And could do with a lamp in the living room.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was clean and tidy, with a well equip kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Unfortunately the TV didn't work (we did advise the hosts but as it was half way through our stay I said that we didn't need it fixed). There were a load of DVD's but no DVD player (mentioned this to the host also). Overall it is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful property, amazing location with the redwings horse sanctuary. Lovely cafe under the property. Stones throw from bar and restaurant. Centrally located. We hired a boat on the Norfolk boards, and adopted a horse. Swimming pool on site I believe £4 when staying on site. Massive bedrooms all en-suite. We loved the jacuzzi bath. Kitchen is a bit small but fully functioning. Would highly recommend and return.

The place needs updating and insufficient lighting is provided, making the apartment a bit dark in the evenings. The TV is too small, and the setee is a little worn. More towels and pillows were needed. A washing machine and dishwasher would improve the kitchen.

A quiet and relaxing place for a mini break. The horse sanctuary is well worth a visit. The restaurant and swimming pool are near by in the beautiful spacious surroundings.

I travelled from overseas and was really impressed with the level of communication. I had no issues finding the accommodation no issues with getting into the accommodation. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is quiet yet accessible to local places if interest this is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay, the whole place was sparkling clean and tidy, beautiful high ceilings. Such a peaceful and unique location at the sanctuary, close enough to Yarmouth and things to see and do. Decent pub in St Olaves!!

A wonderful location and great space for people with older children (like us) or larger groups. 3 great sized bedrooms with en-suites. We had a coffee in Oliver’s downstairs after a walk around the sanctuary. Very quiet location, plenty of parking. We would have liked to have tried the Barn1 restaurant but time did not allow. Nice short trip to Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. Very warm and cosy. I would recommend this property to others.

The property was 10-15 mins drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The horse sanctuary was a bonus but we seldom managed to be at the flat between 10 am and 4 pm. We had been warned about the Wi-Fi which was sketchy. Great stay

Me and my family have had an amazing holiday. We was all speechless with how beautiful the horse sanctuary and surrounding area was. The apartment was just amazing and we was all very sad to leave. This has definitely been the best Airbnb stay we’ve been on and would love to come back in the future!
