Oliver’s Café is conveniently located downstairs, and the beautiful Caldecott grounds offer plenty to enjoy, including a golf course, spa, gym, and swimming pool.

Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation. By far the best AirBnB we’ve been to in Uk. Would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone. There are stairs involved in accessing the property which would not make it suitable for people with mobility issues. That’s just a fact, and by no means a criticism of the property. Hoping to return in the New Year

This is a large apartment with private bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms. Traditional decor - feels more like a hotel than an airbnb, with its big fire doors and corridors! Lots of space and ideal for a short stay - small kitchen and a neat living space. After some trouble arriving at night time, and being located to the wrong site, then the keys being in a different location, we had a very pleasant stay. Located on top of a cafe building but with minimal noise, it was a quiet and peaceful stay within the Caldecott farmland.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
