The space
Grosvenor Hill is a beautiful three-bedroom home sleeping up to 5 guests. The open-plan living and dining area is a large and spacious space with plenty of couches and chairs, perfect for socialising! It also comes with a Smart TV with access to terrestrial channels. You can watch and stream your favourite shows!Boasting an outdoor area accessible from the dining room, perfect for morning coffee or an evening tipple. From the same floor, you can access our fully equipped kitchen. Kitted with all crockery, pots, and pans for cooking at home, an electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and a kettle.
The first floor is home to three bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen bed sleeping up to two guests comfortably. It's decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies, or as a dressing table. The second bedroom can also sleep up to two guests and is fitted with a twin bed and the third bedroom is a single that can sleep one guest.
You will find the family bathroom right next to the second bedroom, showcasing a modern design with a WC, basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.There is no parking at Grosvenor Hill, however there is a large multistorey car park at the top of the hill, open until 7pm and charges £3 per day. Margate also has free parking in most areas between 6pm and 9am.

Gorgeous house! Fab location just 3 minute walk from parking and so close to the centre you can hear dreamland :) All of the beds were comfortable and plenty of space for hanging your clothes. The heating was on so it was lovely and warm in there. Lovely fluffy towels. Powerful shower! And a clean cosy garden. Some things to consider, the fridge had crumbs and stuff spilled in it from previous guests, so we didn’t use it. Some toothpaste on the wall and dried down the sink which is slightly off putting. And the TV is temperamental so if you are planning to chill for a couple of hours then maybe bring an ipad. We could only get YouTube to work properly. But overall and lovely place and we would definitely stay again when visiting Margate. Location is 10/10!

We spent a long weekend in this property. The place was easy to find, with clear instructions provided. The host was very responsive when we had a question. The house was very clean, warm and tidy. We didn’t spend much time there during the day but everything was in order and very comfortable.

A really lovely house in a fantastic location close to the Old Town, beach and Turner gallery. It worked really well as a family home for a holiday. The only downside was no travel cot, which we had mentioned in advance. As it’s obviously a good fit and marketed as a family place for think a travel cot would be a good investment, as it would have made a big difference to us who travelled by train and had to carry one from home. A little flexibility around leaving luggage after checking out would have been appreciated, though I understand it’s not always possible. But aside from this it was a lovely place and we would definitely return.

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
