Appartamento piccolo ma ben distribuito ed attrezzato. Manca solo la lavastoviglie. Piccolo terrazzino con il sole vs. le dieci ma per poche ore. Tutto il complesso ben tenuto e tre belle piscine con giardino e la possibilità di usare sdraio con materassini. C'è un ottimo bar ristorante aperto dal martedì alla domenica e ultima ma, molto importante , sei sulla bellissima passeggiata a mare in pochi secondi ma nella pace più totale e con negozi , bar e ristoranti a pochi minuti. Anche la città vecchia è visitabile a piedi e con il servizio autobus abbastanza vicino si possono raggiungere tanti posti .insomma esperienza più che positiva che consiglio a tutti.

Mieszkanie wspaniale zlokalizowane z najlepszym widokiem na promenadę i morze. W pobliżu restauracje, bary, sklepy i plaże. Bardzo funkcjonalne, czyste i ładnie urządzone. Przestronna łazienka z prysznicem, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Serdecznie polecamy, chętnie tam wrócimy.

Wonderful beachfront location.. Good quality,well-equipped apartments at a reasonable price. Daniela made booking and check-in very easy. We have already booked for next year.

Fantastic place to have vacation! Easy walk to the beach and to the center of the city, Good restaurants nearby, and so is the supermarket if you will make some of your own. 24 hour reception service is valued. People are a mixture of young and elderly. We will be back again.

Another wonderful holiday at Skol. We were so thrilled to be back in a wonderful apartment with stunning views thanks so much to Daniela and Vicenzo. The facilities and location here are second to none and we have brought family and friends here on many occasions. Each time we have received a warm welcome from Daniela who has gone out of her way to provide us with everything we needed for a great holiday. She even ordered lovely weather for us! We always receive clear and effective communication in a very friendly and helpful way, even regular newsletters during covid lockdowns. We can't wait to rebook and go back next year!

Another wonderful trip to Skol Apartments in Marbella and so lovely to be back there after too long away. The location, the facilities and the views from the apartment are superb, right by the beach and only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Daniela and Vicenzo are super helpful and always on hand if you need anything and the booking process is so easy. Very highly recommended.

We are just back after 8 days in the Skol it's our third time staying there its a wonderful location right on the beach, just out the garden gate and you are right on the promenade Daniela is most helpful, its well run, secure and spotless .

De huurovereenkomst liep geweldig goed in 2019 geboekt voor okt 2020, kon niet doorgaan vanwege covid maar zonder problemen doorgezet naar 2021. Een mooi verzorgd appartement met alles er op en eraan. En prachtig uitzicht

Fijn apartement alles aanwezig echt heel fijn , het enige minpuntje is dat op een slaapkamer de twee eenpersoons bedjes wat klein waren ...en dan bedoel ik de lengte van de bedden

Skol is a great location...beach and boardwalk all right there. This apartment was fine and the views were incredible. I will say though that the smell in the apartment is almost unbearable. It mostly comes from the second bathroom. But smells up the whole place. It did make the stay not as pleasant.

Would definitely recommend - we had a really relaxing and enjoyable week in Marbella. Stayed in Apartment 921A which was fantastic. Thanks Daniela.

Sleeping was very difficult, people above us were making noise until 3am every night so it wasn't the relaxing holiday I'd hoped for. Also the taxi wasn't 70 EU as advertised, we were charged 75EU on arrival & 80EU on departure!
